Hi Neville here.
We had a home built by Indigo homes at Karalee QLD, handover June 2014. The Sliding Window Sashlock - QLD / NSW version has broken and fallen from the window when being closed. The window faces north and the sunlight has caused the plastic in the sashlock to become brittle and break. Is it still under warranty? If not how do I get the Sash lock replaced?

I need a replacement sliding window sash lock to replace a broken one - the window is 10 years old. Could someone please let me know how I order one and ow to safely replace it. Thank you

How do you remove and fit new rollers to a A&L sliding glass door. The door will not lift out from bottom like normal sliding doors and windows. I watched plenty of videos but none of them are the same as the A&L door i have.

Could someone send me a vedeo demonstrating how to unlock sliding door Windows.

How to remove glass from the window

Approximately three weeks ago the hand-over of three sets of double glazed Standard Range aluminium sliding doors and one Standard Range double glazed aluminium awning window occurred.
The last few weeks, like many parts of Australia, have been very hot. In this situation I hoped that the 'Unique Inline Reveal' would give some relief with regards to the transfer of heat from the outside of the frame to the inside. Unfortunately this is not the case.
To my untrained eye the entire frame of the A&L Standard Range (sill, jamb and top and bottom rail) appear to be identical to any other aluminium framed sliding door.
I expected the frame around the glass to transfer the heat but because of the 'Unique Inline Reveal' I assumed the sill, jamb and top and bottom rails would remain relatively cool on the inside. Do you think it possible that the builder has installed these doors and window incorrectly?
Any help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Hi there, I have a sliding window with A&L lock
that is not locking. I am not sure if that is broken as I did never lock the window of that room by myself. The key says A&L 076. Can you please suggest me something and if I need replacement

Hi, I have submitted a message to your website a couple of times and still have not received an answer.
Our new house bathroom window is restricted and only opens a couple of inches which is pointless. And our awning window in the bedroom only winds out a tiny bit, so does nothing for air flow. What can be done about this?

I have just purchased six A&L sliding window locks to replace the old catches that had no locks and were extremely difficult to click open. We are having a lot of trouble fitting the locks as the wedge (attached to the spring mechanism) that is supposed fit snugly into the groove on the window to lock it is not in the right position (only the edge of the wedge will engage with the groove) - hence in the lock position, you can still slide the window open. The windows would be about seven years old. Can you please assist. Donna

We just got our new house but realised that all the A&L sliding doors and windows does not come with key locks. Can you advise where we can buy the locks and if we can self install it ?

We have a brand new home, with a double glazed window installed on our front bedroom. After only 4 months, the top frame appears to be badly bowed and we now have wind noise that seems to occur between the window frame and the house. Seeking advice to have this inspected and rectified please.
