Personally, I don’t believe any Health Insurance is affordable for the majority however, AIA came in reasonably lower than our current provider with higher returns on extras cover.

Michael pulled apart my existing policy to directly compare it with AIA - this made it clearer to understand the benefits and losses between the two. - and ultimately easier to make a decision. The add-ons (incentives) related directly to activity levels - which is really what a health fund should be incentivising in an ideal world. AIA is not just a "let's take you money" program, it's a partnership program where the client's health is highlighted. Focus remained on policy inclusions and not just the marketing add-ons.

I found the person who contacted me to be relatable and sincere. I was happy with the amount of information provided and the delivery - engaging without feeling like it was a hard sell. My questions were answered and the policy tailored to my needs and lifestyle. At first I planned to wait and review all the information and benefits from various providers, but this was comparable to the other quick quotes I’d submitted online. I decided to lock it in while I had someone I was comfortable speaking to and setting up the policy was easy. Great customer service experience.

I have never held health insurance before and filling out the online forms are honestly extremely time consuming and daunting! Amy streamlined the entire process, gave me the breakdown in simple language and thirty minutes everything was done. The rewards and discounts that were applied are beyond amazing and I don't think I would have got this level of assistance elsewhere. It was also heartening to hear from a local to my area.

I must say I have put off switch my health fund because it seemed too hard . Charly made it easy to understand and was really patient explaining everything I need to know.
