How can I get anyone to install? I’m very frustrated as I’ve done the on line application and called the call Centre twice. Still no one has contacted us to install!!!
if you are handy, install the fan yourself and just get a sparky to connect it.
I installed 5 of these including the switches and remote receiver.
Not too hard if you are not scared to crawl around in your roof.
I gave up trying I organised an election
And got it installed I will never purchase any item from aldis again that includes installation supposedly
Yes, the experience has not been a good one. I contacted Aldi customer service and they were pretty good at responding to me but it’s not them who offer the service. Nu Services do it and were unrespo...
Read morensive until I sent another email to Aldi suggesting they escalate to the Aldi executive level which I suspect they did as I got a call from Nu Services about an hour later.Get an answer from our members and ALDI representatives
