I employed All Aces to prepare my elderly aunt's very neglected historic home for sale. They were friendly, efficient and did a great job for a reasonable price. My aunt got a good sale price for her home and is now financially secure. Thank you, All Aces!

I agree with the previous review. They state they have a one week turnaround for rugs. They took 3 weeks to clean mine. I sent 2 emails and made a phone call to say I needed my rug by a specific day as I'd organised furniture removalists. After 3 weeks it was still not ready. The furniture removalists were here to put the rug back but the rug was apparently still drying. They did not Even bother to contact me or return my emails. On top on this they did a very rough job with the clean. Would not recommend. High prices for low class work.

I got three rugs cleaned and was very dissappointed with the result. One silk/cashmere expensive rug is completely ruined. They obviously were very rough and harsh in their clean as the rug is now falling apart and missing lots of threads. They also left 2 tacs in the bottom which has scratched my floors. I paid nearly $1000 for the 3 rugs to be cleaned. Very disappointing and I would not recommend.

Great pick up and delivery service. Excellent clean, this ten year old large SHAG rug, quite soiled, came up snowy white and shaggy and we can high recommend this company. The cost was reasonable, the pick up and delivery to the Sunshine Coast was to be expected, but the professionalism was great, the rug is heavy and there was no lifting by us....and all done with a smile.
Highly recommend.

Cleaned the inside of my old BMW and wow what a difference. Also got rid of musty smell. Well worth the $420.00 they charged to clean it. Phill from the factory was great, he even steamed the roof lining

We had a leak in our bathroom and it flooded out of the room causing our carpets to be soaked. We called these guys in a panic to get our carpet cleaned and dried and they came to our rescue. They couldn't have been more helpful!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I had some seriously bad looking mould that I was becoming very suspicious of. Not only did All Aces REMOVE it, but they undertook some special mould testing to really make sure that they'd gotten to the root cause of the issue. I was impressed with their kindness, their friendliness and how quick the turnaround was from quote to job complete! Would definitely recommend to anyone else!

Could not recommend All Aces higher for quality and service. My husband recently spilt a tumeric drink on my friend’s brand new cream boho rug while we were housesitting and I was sure it was ruined forever and we’d be up for a new rug, as they use tumeric to dye things! All Aces completely removed the stain and cleaned the rug in no time at all, before our friends returned, so they will be none the wiser. Also, the service was exceptional. So grateful!

Highly recommend these guys. I never call anyone else to clean my carpet and rugs as I know I will get a professional job every time. My friends dog vomited on my daughters rug and I thought it was ruined. They cleaned it for me. No problems and the price was reasonable. I give them a big tick. Stacey in the office is lovely too.

These guys cleaned my carpets a few weeks ago and I couldn't be more satisfied. Phil and Aaron were really helpful, shifting furniture etc and they even cleaned a handmade Indian rug that was not in the quote. I couldn't believe the dirt that came out of my carpets even though I have had them cleaned regularly. The carpets were barely damp when they left and they put little squares of plastic under the legs of furniture so the carpets wouldn't get marked. No other cleaners have ever done that before. Job well done boys!

The rudeness female I have ever spoken to. After waiting an extra hour after the scheduled time for the quote, I phoned to see what there excuse was and I only got insulted and more excuses from this very unprofessional call person. Never again would I waste my time with such unprofessional people.

Had booked for a full house carpet clean plus lounge and had arranged to work from home for access.. First time I received a call advising something else had come up and job cancelled. Re-booked and again arranged to work from home. They tried to call me on Friday to confirm Monday morning arrival. Text received reminding me of appointment advising to contact only if I need to re-schedule "please do not reply to this message". Monday morning they never arrived as I had not confirmed I was going to be home despite the text message. I cannot recommend using this company.

Submitted a very positive review in 2014 as the result of cleaning was very impressive. Little did I know the marks would return a few weeks later. Have just had the carpets cleaned again but this time waited a few weeks before writing this review and sure enough the marks are returning. Very expensive for little satisfaction. Will not use again.

Had a quote from another company to clean my 4 seater couch for $150. After some confusion with my husband, he booked All Aces to come and clean it for $280! That's almost double! And it still has marks on it. When I rang them afterwards to find out why it was so much more expensive than their competitors, they couldn't tell me. They hadn't done anything extra, in fact the other company had said they were going to do something that would protect the fabric, but All Aces didn't include that. Her answer was simply that they knew they were more expensive than others. Will certainly NEVER be using them again.

My vehicle was caught in the December 2014 hail storm in Brisbane's CBD which smashed both drivers side windows and saturated all of the vehicles soft furnishings. All Aces recommended a "Hydroxyl treatment" - biggest mistake I ever committed by accepting. There Hydroxyl treatment effects the plastic in a vehicle by causing the plastisicers to start breaking down. This all leads to excessive VOC-off gassing from the affected plastic material inside the vehicle, which leads to a "smell" caused by the process - noted by a previous reviewer.

I can NOT stress enough to avoid this process they recommend.

Our water damaged carpet was quoted to be cleaned, however apon completion it still contained visible mold growth. Despite an extremely detailed expression on how clean the carpet needed to be, it did not seem to resonate.

Dissapointing, as our previous experience was very good.

I called in All Aces to do carpet cleaning for my apartment and I am very satisfied with how their technicians cleaned the carpet.
