This is the third time I've rung Family Clean and given them a wide range of dates and times for a spring clean. For example, any day over the next couple of weeks. On ALL occasions they haven't accommodated me. As a busy professional, in the end I'm wasting time chasing them. They still haven't given me the courtesy of a call back. My advice - don't bother with Family Clean, look elsewhere.

Tenzin and Phuntsho did a brilliant job today. I love the spring cleaning option. Once a year and this time, just before Christmas. My house looks brilliant. Bathroom, kitchen and guest bedroom ready. I keep walking around and admiring my sparkling house. Thanks to two very professional cleaners.

Your team of cleaners are fantastic. We are so happy with their work, they always do an excellent job. The house looks and smells wonderful and the cleaners are friendly and punctual.

We have been using Family Clean for the last couple of years to have our house cleaned fortnightly. Currently Reshma does our service. Her cleaning is professional and her manner is happy & friendly. Normally she asks what needs focussing on or if there is something different that needs doing - which I really appreciate.

I was very attracted to Family Clean's website, which is very informative and beautifully presented. I thought that if the website was A+ the cleaners would be too! I wasn't wrong. At short notice Family Clean organised a cleaner for me on the day and time I wanted. I really liked having my designated cleaner's profile (including photo) sent to me beforehand, so I'm 'introduced' to my cleaner before they arrive.

I've just had my first clean by Natalia and it was excellent. I'm super fussy and I couldn't fault anything. The process was so smooth and easy and the end result is a pristine house that is a delight to be in.

Very happy with our (very last minute) booking to have our home serviced by Family Clean. Our cleaner arrived on time and did a beautiful job. It felt like I came home from work to a hotel room service! Even down to beautifully folded guest towels in the bathrooms. Felipe & Larissa are lovely! and did a great job of cleaning as well. Firstly, as someone who has never used a cleaner before it was very comforting to have two friendly, considerate, helpful & professional people attend my home. The service they provided was excellent. Our home is sparkling and it was so welcoming to come home to a clean and tidy home. I especially loved the hotel folded toilet rolls! Finally, there consideration of our requirements for our house cat was greatly appreciated. She loved them as well. They kept her out of our rooms as requested and this appreciated above all. We are very much looking forward to having a relaxing weekend together this weekend without needing to spend a day doing some of the chores.

Unfortunately, after having a post renovation clean booked in for 7 weeks, this company cancelled on us. They gave us 3 days notice, and did provide us with an alternative date (which did not suit us), but I am really disappointed it took them this long to cancel. We are about to have a baby and had a very short time frame within which to have the clean done. Pretty poor customer service in my opinion.

I contacted Family clean based on some positive reviews and waited for few weeks to get a confirmation on booking for a weekend based on my request. I made plans to ensure I allow time for this booking on weekend and get a phone call that this booking has been cancelled. I wish I could also join people who wrote some good reviews about their cleaners and services. However, considering the way they have handled my interest in their services, I am highly disappointed.
