I initially booked 2 x 2 hour house clean through a daily deal offer and I have been so pleased that I decided to continue with a booked fortnightly house clean. It has been seamless from the start. My cleaner is punctual and does a great job. I’m very happy with the cleaner and the customer service from Jarvis.

The cleaner was prompt and followed the directions of what needed to be cleaned I have a bad back amongst other things and so the cleaner used safe improvisations that were impressive and I ended up with a better job done than I had hoped for the price m. I highly recommend the service especially for those who have special needs.

The house smells and looks great after the service. Great care is given to the furniture and surfaces. They shine, sparkle and smell very nice. Care is taken not to damage equipment.

This is the second visit by Lulu to do a general clean. First class job, and our place is looking great. Lulu was very efficient and did more than asked, like dusting. She also used protective gear for all of us during the clean

The cleaner they sent the first time was no good. Couldn’t speak English, was allergic to cats so couldn’t cover much of the unit. But after I mentioned this to Jarvis they send someone really great. Perfect English and was ok dealing with cats. Mopped the floors, cleaned the kitchen, shower, windows etc in an hour. Great job

I was very happy with the communication with Jarvis, and I had my first clean today which I was very impressed with. There is nothing that I am unsatisfied with. I requested for the floors to be vacuumed and mopped, bed linen to be changed, dusting, bathroom cleaning including shower and I was happy with everything. I have booked in for regular cleans

She was quick and efficient. She pack every stuff that she sees. Everything was tidy when she leaves. She done everything that I asked her to do and even more.

Our cleaner is friendly, reliable and has attention to detail with the way she cleans. She is wonderful and is happy to take direction. Would highly recommend her. Only issue is with the company, they have an sms system but it’s not immediately enough for the questions I have had. The communication via SMS doesn’t work well for me.

I like that the same cleaner comes every time. Zaya is very efficient with cleaning given the amount of time. She's always on time and let's us know if she's coming in earlier. It's not hard to organise the service, but it takes them long to respond sometimes.
