The service provided by All Carpet was extremely professional. The job was done even better than I had hoped for, was on time right to the minute and was very good value for money. Would definitely use this company again and have recommended it to a friend already.

Didn’t turn up on 3 occasions. Each time a different excuse. My car broke down, I cut my hand, the dog ate my homework. These guys are useless. Don’t waste your time.

Very good communication from All Carpets, responded to online enquire promptly. Punctual and efficient. A lovely job of particularly grubby floor rug which now looks like new. Thankyou, happy to recommend.

Every chair I had cleaned is not cleaned to any kind of professional standard. I am so dissatisfied and ask them to come and inspect and they would not even come and view

The couches had never been cleaned professionally and there was a signifcant improvement in the look an feel after the clean and coniditioning. The couch had small cracks and the conditionally definitely helped, thank you

Had my carpet repaired twice with this company - 2 patches and 5 individual stairs replaced. Fast and quick service. Some confusion about booking times but we worked it out quickly enough. Good price for service quality

This is a professional carpet cleaning company which we use on a regular basis, mostly for commercial and domestic jobs.

What you can use them best for is for spot cleaning and repair.

Very friendly young man called Leroy did a great job, clears up after himself and took away the old bits of carpet. Very happy with the job he did.

David was great. He arrived early and didn't mind my little dog jumping up on him. Everything about the lounge cleaning was explained clearly and the increase in price from what I was quoted due to the big cushions and size of the lounge was advised up front. David did an excellent and quick job with the clean and also provided advice on how to maintain my lounge in between professional cleaning visits. There was a large dog wee stain on the lounge that disappeared once David was done. My lounge looks and smells great and I will be using All Carpets again. Thanks David :)

Although the tradesman was running late due to another job, he rang regularly to give me updates and then arrived and was thorough and no issues with paying on credit card. He cleaned up after himself well also.

Great works... just wondering if we could have the date the works were done on the invoices for future, and due to having weekly ongoing works completed if we are eligable for 10% discount.

The service at All Carpet Ipswich was quick, professional and the tradesman turned up on time. He cleaned up after himself and payment was easy too. Would recommend for re-stretching carpet.

We decided to use All-Carpets to carry out a repair on on stairway as we could not get replacement carpet
The tradesman had to work with the carpet offcuts that we provided which was not ideal
We were happy with the result and would use them again

Did not vacuum before cleaning, therefore crumbs inbetween cushions. Spent more time chatting up my cleaner!

Shifting overseaes so booked to have furniture cleaned.Still havnt seen a soul.First booking cancelled not given a specific reason.Re-scheduled for next day and recieved confirmation message..waited all day knowone turned up.Spoke to manager next day who apologised and asked was there anything he could do...I had run out of time and certainly didn't trust these people to get it right!!

Booked a couch cleaning service 3 weeks ago and arranged for the morning off work. Nobody showed up at the time of the appointment so I called and was told it was definitely booked in. An hour later still no show and no phone call. Instead, I get an email to say they won’t be coming and will have to rearrange. Naturally I told them not to bother and arranged it with a local company instead.
