Poor customer service, poor communication, contempt for customers.
placed an order with them and was assured that it would be delivered in 2-4 business days.
30 days later still waiting for my order and have received zero communication from them with an update. I have emailed Customer Service twice and telephoned which led to 15mins on hold then forwarded to voicemail.
Poor communication with customer service plus apparent contempt for customers is the perfect way to kill an online business.
Would not recommend.

Pathetic Customer Service from a Pathetic Company
I have always bought my spare parts from overseas because of price and speed of service but decided to use these guys this time around, Big Mistake! Placed a reasonably large order with all but 2 parts in stock, the others being 2-3 days for fulfillment. Emailed multiple times in the first week to find out the status, no response. 2nd week comes around, no proactive emails about the status. More emails, no response. Call their 'Customer Service' number, told the order will ship in 2 days, they've had a big shipment of parts in but can't tell me...Read more
anymore. 3 days pass, still nothing. So I ring again, am on hold for 20 mins only to finally hear the phone ring but it rings out and I get a voicemail. I leave a voicemail and wouldn't you know it, they don't call back. Save yourself the time, money and hassle of using these guys and buy your parts from somewhere else or overseas from companies that actually know what they're doing and care about the people they deal with. Didn't have the parts in stock but kept me informed of when to expect them,am completely satisfied will recommend to my friends and anyone who needs mower parts.

Easy shopping from rural location
So easy - I broke the wheel arm on my edger - made a parts order online - voila - it was delivered within 5 days. Thank you for making shopping from a rural location so much easier.

Poor customer service
Awaited parts for a month and a half, that was annoying but the main issue was that no one would reply to my email and phone messages. Simple common courtesy to communicate with customers goes a long way.

a comprehensive parts inventory that has been very helpful. My twenty five year old Greenfields Mini Mow is not easy to source parts for and All Mower Spares have kept me mowing.

After searching everywhere, All Mower Spares had a part that I was in need of. The price was affordable and there was great communication regarding delivery time. My previous experience with a different online mower store was misleading and I will be only using All Mower Spares from now on!

Totally useless business, awful customer service & Misleading product availability advertised
It took 2 weeks to get an response after placed an order. Numerous unanswered phone calls and ignored emails later I cancelled order.
Misleading spare parts availability on website. Parts has to come from overseas to fulfill the order, it's quicker for me to order from overseas. Still waiting for a refund from Paypal. One of the worst customer service I have encountered thus far.
Absolute useless people operating business. No wonder I shop from overseas supplier direct.
Avoid at all cost.

Excellent range of spare for old equipmenr
This box is not helpful as any attempt to correct typos wipes out all previous text.
I could only find two suppliers of the part I wanted. You were the more economical and helpful. I would add that your website is not too east to use. The search function is not vey good as I found it difficult to retrace step.. Overall I would certainly recommend you to friends and old mower owner (Scott Bonar)

I dont work for all mower spares but have used them a few times. My last order took awhile to ship as it had to be ordered in.
When u ordered you would of recived a couple of emails one may of been an awaiting fulthfilment also maybe check your spam/junk folder as these emails sometimes go into that folder.
