I hate giving negative feedback, but whoever is in charge of their online store should be sacked. Ordered a tyre and tube for my ride on with express shipping. Two weeks later nothing. I sent an email, no reply, tried ringing, no answer, then contacted them via online customer service and got a reply the next day. I was told the products were not in stock but had just arrived and were being express shipped. They said they would also refund the express shipping cost I paid. Two weeks later, nothing. aised a dispute and got our money back. Key take aways 1. No communication, they do not respond and when they do they lie 2. They will not mark on their website if something isn't in stock. So beware 3. They have to be fought every step for a refund This is not how you run a business online, I'm sure their walk in store is great, but they need to get out of online trading, they are negligent to the extreme and borderline criminal. Good Service and Quick Delivery
Ordered several parts online. Most were in stock but one was listed as not in stock. The not in stock part didn't take long to arrive and delivery time was quick once it did. Communication throughout the process was also great.

Victa GVC160 19" Mulch Plug
I was looking high & low to find a Mulching Plug for my mower, All Mower Spares officered some possible options.
I ordered the part that suited my mower from them & it was delivered promptly.
They have been through Fires, Floods & other hassles, and they still came through, Give them a hand of applause & use them for your mower needs.

Purchase items elsewhere!! Bad service.
Purchased parts online with a wait time of 2-3 days which has turned into 4 weeks. Have tried repeatedly via phone and email for a refund with no luck. Have been forced to take it up with fair trading. Please avoid this business..

Poor service and communication.
O am interested to read other people are experiencing similar problems to me. An order placed for blades and spindles on 27.2.2000 still has not been shipped. several phone calls to reception has proved fruitless and frustrating. Girls know very little. I have dealt with this company on and off for a number of years and have never experienced anything like this. May be this is a red flag and caution should be exercised if further dealing are contemplated.

stating I could have expected a 2-3 business day delay. The delivery was preceded by a sarcastic E-mail telling me I had nothing to worry about and that IO has missed out on nothing. In the meantime I have sourced several other outlets on E-Bay and Gumtree where you can get the same Brands and items with no postage or delivery regardless of how much you spend. I know where I'll be shopping next time - good bye All Mower Spares. Further. On Thursday,19th March I had a need to order parts through E Bay. 3 items - slightly dearer but free postage with no limit on purchase amount. Exactly what I ordered
Easily found the part required from their website, placed the order and was continually advised as to when the part would arrive. Being over $150 it was freight free which is a bonus. After placing the order I received it within 7 days as we are in Central Victoria. My Gravely is now back in action which I repaired myself and made a huge saving over what I was quoted. From now on I’ll be happy to buy all my spare parts from All Mower Spares.

Thank goodness!
I live in the bush so anything I need for the mowers I have to search and order over the internet. All Mower Spares have their website set out well for searching for "that part." I have also found that by emailing them if I'm not 100% sure they reply and assist very quickly. They keep you in the loop via email when you order parts as well so you know what's going on.

After delay very good.
There was a delay over jan/feb time, due to flooding. Communication was good and an explanation for delay given promptly.
Received part after their issue was fixed, which was quite quick and was exactly as ordered.
Happy with company and will use again.
Offered free shipping for two years for positive review, but I hope I won’t need a part in this time so, not really much of incentive to give a positive review and hasn’t influenced the review.

Steer clear at all costs. Sometimes family owned/operated and Australian just isn't worth supporting!!
We discovered All Mower Spares a few years ago. The website has a wealth of parts info and we appreciated being able to search for the exact part we required for our mowers.
We placed an order online for a part they guaranteed would replace the part we needed.
Identical model ect. The website indicated it would be dispatched within a few days of placing the order.
We waited over 3 months!!
A number of emails sent before we received a reply blaming the supplier.
When it did arrive it was wrong.
It required retrofitting drilling through steel and modifying the part so it would fit....Read more

Right price right parts
AMS does a great job of providing the right parts at the right price. They are flat out and are sometimes hard to contact. They however give great advice and deliver the products you are after every time. Love their dedication and efforts.

Source for genuine Rover parts
One of the only reliable sources to purchase genuine parts for older Rover Colt mowers. Parts I needed where in stock and staff were quick and helpful when contacted. Will continue to buy replacements parts (new set of brake pads next).

Very poor customer service and communication
Placed an order on line and assured the order would arrive soon. After the 2 weeks mark, called and enquired about the order, was advised that it was in back order. The following weeks and thereafter, it was basically the same answer (advised that they would follow up with their supplier but still nothing and no communication). At one point, they advised a big shipment had arrived on a pallet but still nothing (and no communication). They did apologize about the delay and offered a free delivery. Finally, I called them again after nearly 7 weeks from the order date, the order arrived and picked it up myself the next day.
Would not recommend.

I dont work for all mower spares but have used them a few times. My last order took awhile to ship as it had to be ordered in.
When u ordered you would of recived a couple of emails one may of been an awaiting fulthfilment also maybe check your spam/junk folder as these emails sometimes go into that folder.
