This is totally fack company so be aware this kind of company.They took my money and not answering my phone call and do not get any certificate. Stay alert, total fraud

I have got scam by them Allan Hamilton, they have got my money and they don't answer anymore, the government should chase them, they are Inappropriate phenomenon with the colleges

I engaged AH education for an RPL process, I was guaranteed 10 days for the qualification and I meet the RPL evidence requirements. Once I transferred the cash, I rarely heard anything from them, I have since asked for a refund and now I don't get any responses. This was a scam and the directors should be held accountable. Please do not listen to there convincing promises you will not get your RPL qualification.

Absolutely disgusting! The whole organisation is a sham, [name removed] took my $3300 just on 12 months ago and still to date I have nothing to show for it.
I paid [name removed] and AH Education to assist me in obtaining my trade papers in Mechanical Fitting( 24 years in the industry)
I was told that I would have my cert 111 papers with in months..Nothing!
Doesn’t answer phone calls, I have personally sent around 120 emails requesting a refund, NOTHING.
[name removed] is a thief and a liar, who promises a service, then after receiving the money you get nothing but pathetic excuses and lies.
Please stay clear of AH Education.

Just have a look at all the one star ratings for this company. Me and my mate immigrated as mechanics, looking for a nice life in Australia, 9 months later no rpl and problems with nsw fair traiding. At least they are understanding.

Do not use this company, do not engage with them. After a promise of a qualification after meeting there requirements I paid there invoice to get nothing in return. After six months I asked for a copy of there refund policy I get no reply, I asked for there terms and conditions of sale I get no reply. I ask for a refund multiple times and they actively ignore me. I just want a refund as you could not give me what you agreed on. The attached is there updated website

AH education is a outright scam, they easily took my money on promises that I meet there requirements for nationally recognised training and once I payed I had to chase up updates to eventually I realised I was not getting any where and asked for a refund. Now I don't get any reply's and they have just vanished with my money and no qualification. Please stay away this is a deliberate scam.

I used AH Education for RPL services, I was promised 10 days and a verbal guarantee from [name removed] that he has never had any issues with the issuing of certifications, I advised him of the urgency of the situation and he advised me not to worry. This was all lying, misleading and cruel scam to get my to pay. After payment all I got was excuses and eventually I had to accept this was a deliberate scam. I requested a refund multiple times and no response and now they are avoiding me. I have contacted the ACCC and ASQA about this scam training provider. I don't understand why they don't give refunds considering the potential risk to there company and personally to [name removed] for deliberately scamming so many people.

AH Education and [name removed] convinced me of there RPL process with a 10 day promise after payment it took months to get an update. It got to a stage 10 months later that I requested a refund for services not delivered, they have not given myself a refund and are actively avoiding me.

I have lodged a complaint with the ACCC, Training Ombudsmen, ASQA and served them with a court notice.

I have tried mediation and still they refuse to give me a refund for services not delivered.

Please be very careful using them and there promises and feel free to message me for further information.

I did have a detailed review up but I had to remove as Allan Hamilton threatened to sue me for defamation, although it was true and correct I thought I better remove to avoid legal proceedings.

I cant say much or they may threaten to sue me again.

However I can say I am currently seeking a refund after paying for electrician qualification around 6 months ago and not receiving as at 16/3/19

As with the other reviewers, the company were very contactable until they received our money. My trainers forwarded their information for RPL and then nothing at all. Emailed, no answer. Called, no answer - goes to voicemail. An infuriating rip-off.

As previously mentioned they promise the world and deliver nothing.[Name Removed] is a deceitful crook. Have requested refunds no answers to emails or phone calls. Was told 10 days for my qualifications now 5 months later nothing!!! STAY AWAY

One of the worst and doggy education provider for RPL in Australia. They give the words which they can't make it in time. I had send them all the required documents in the beginning and been said no more documents required now and the file is already in process. I sent them lots of emails and calls but no response from anyone. After 3 months I got emails to send other extra documents for my RPL. Is this the way to work as a professional? This education provider is fraud. I don't encourage anyone to go with this education provider. Be aware guys and girls. If you value your money then seek other education provider. This is my personal experience. Thanks
