iPad with basic functions
ipad Air is great enough for daily use. I used it as a bigger phone and a portable computer.
haven't meet any issues with the system, all APPs run smoothly.
Would recommend it, will not regret it.

Nice upgrade over the standard iPad
Use it mainly for reading magazines and comics.
Updated screen over the regular iPad is noticeable. Screen is generally brighter and sharper than the regular iPad. Slightly larger too which is a nice bonus.
Runs on a newer processor too, so things are a bit snappier and more responsive.

Love my IPad
Purchased new iPad to replace my aging one and not disappointed in the new iPad Air. Is lighter with a bigger screen and very easy to transfer all my data over to it. Have had trouble purchasing screen protector and cover as so new there is not a lot of choice and so pricing is high.
Purchased in August 2021 at The Good Guys for $750.00.

Two things which are missing are the faster “X” variant of the A12 chip (not that you’ll notice unless you’re doing anything graphics-heavy) and the ProMotion Display (again, you won’t really notice unless you have previously used an iPad Pro 10.5” or newer).
The A12 chip is FAST. You won’t notice any lag if you’re using the ...Read more
iPad Air for computer things like social media, University work and consuming media. Even most games run fine. The only reason I’d recommend the slightly more powerful iPad Pro 11 (or 12.9”) is if you’re editing 4K video or have very high expectations. If you’re not one of those people, save some money and opt for this model instead. Like I said above, it has most of the features found in previous generations of the iPad Pro (smart connector and Apple Pencil) minus a few small inclusions.Purchased in March 2021 at Apple Physical store for $799.00.
