Con-artists. Save your money and go with Cheap as Chips Carpet Cleaning!
I recently had my rental application approved for a place that was cleaned by this company.
Now, let me tell you something. When I mentioned clean, that means there was an invoicing saying it was cleaned but no way on earth did they actually clean.
I was given the invoice after I quizzed the agent that the house does not look and feel cleaned.
I chased the invoice number to verify that it was true with AquaQleen and they said that it was an authentic invoice number.
When I entered the house, the house smells like a dog was still on the premises

Quoted $200 for an end of lease clean for apartment. The quote includes for wall mark removal, but they came and inspected, they charged extra $130 for wall mark removal. Ok I was happy to pay extra, but when they finished I check it. They didn't clean anything on the wall. All hair was still on the bathroom wall, oil marks were still on kitchen. Dust at the corner wall still there. I did ask them to clean again, but they were really careless and didn't clean properly. I was angry and disappointed. We needed to clean again by ourselves. It was very waste of money and time.

they could not have done a worse job, quoted us $210 and then when they arrived they demanded $670 for our tiny 2 bedroom apartment, refused to clean the carpet after i sent photos of the awful job they had done, insisted they mopped but left multiple stains on the floor. Then refused to refund us after being very rude and unprofessional over email
Promised full guarantees but didn’t deliver
Quoted $380 for an end of lease clean for an apartment. Booked 1 month in advance.
They said they would come at 9am. They showed up at 3:45pm.
Then they said they were too tired to Clean and couldn’t clean the bathrooms.
Then they wanted more money to clean.
When we refused they made personal digs about us being able to afford to pay them more.
1 hour of cleaning then they left . Now we are stuff as we can’t get another cleaner on short notice despite booking this 1 month in advance. Unprofessional arrogant contractors . Don’t be fooled by their guarantee to get your bond back they won’t even wipe over the kitchen

Do Not Use Them Please!!
[Name Removed]- the most UNPROFESSIONAL woman I have EVER dealt with. I am disgusted in what can only be described as the worst customer service ever. They did not clean the house and had to go back… they then still couldn’t manage to simple wipe down cupboards. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. They will take your money and run. Do not pay them until the job is done to satisfaction. They are horrible!!!!
Lack of effort; unprofessional.
Aquaqleen were engaged by departing tenants to clean the balcony of my inner city apartment. While they swept up the dirt and debris and wash down the tiles, they made very little effort to clean off some stains on the tiles. There second attempt did partially remove some of the stains. However on both occasions, they also didn't bother to even wipe down the timber shelves attached to the balcony wall or the external window/door frames (particularly where the wash down of the tiles had splashed). Over about 45 minutes, with a little effort and some scrubbing with some environmentally friendly, biodegradable domestic cleaning product, I have cleaned the tiles, frames and shelves.
Charged a fair price for a thorough end of lease clean
We recently moved out of our rental apartment of 3 years. The estate agent recommended these people. We weren't too keen due to the reviewer, but went with them anyone.
Their office team responded to emails very promptly. And the two cleaners who came were both friendly. They charged a fair price for the time they spent and did a very good job.
They started about an hour and a half later than planned and there was a coffee stain on one carpet they didn't get out (but it probably needed a soak realistically). The rest was immaculate.
Do not book this comapny for work
I accepted quote to have our house cleaned on the 10th. He sent another company to do it on the 8th 2 days early then the contractor looked at the house and basically said cant be done. We have a 2 story home on a tight block. If you are considering using them get them to come out first to give a quote. I am now in a desperate need to have it done within 3 days as the painters start on the 14th. Completely screwed me over with time and I am it is now possible I will have to put painters off. Terrible service.
They obviously google the house and give a quote based on that. Lazy not to come to the home and they contract it out to someone else.
AVOID THIS COMPANY
Worst service ever. Don’t book them, you waste your time.
Your service was horrible. You couldn’t clean the smallest things like toothpaste in the bathroom and it’s just wasted money. Could made a better job. Don’t book them! Terrible service

Excellent Service
Having to organise an exit clean I started my search for a cleaner and very glad I found Aquaqleen cleaning Services.
They were very helpful and listened to my needs over the phone.I also changed my booking twice and no problem.
Not having any experience with a cleaner in the past I was very happy with the service and professionalism received from the cleaners on the day.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
The worst experience possible
The worst experience possible. The quoted $380 to clean our apartment, then turned up and demanded over $500 before starting the job. Then they didn't do a good enough job to satisfy getting our bond back and despite having paid for the guarantee they were extremely difficult and unwilling to return. Definitely avoid this company and go for someone better.
Rude Con artists
STAY AWAY. The bad reviews are an understatement. We engaged an appointment we described the rooms mentioning there are two bedrooms and a backroom. They quoted 260. THEY ARRIVED OVER AN HOUR LATER. Then requoted 420. Clearly we told them where to go. It's normal practice for these con artists.

Rude and negative attitude
We hired Acquaqleen to carrying out cleaning for end of lease property They gave us a quote and when they actually came to clean they asked for a much higher price. We had no option to check other Cleaners as we had to hand over the property. So we agreed to pay the higher price knowing they are taking advantage
When the cleaning began they were not cleaning in many spaces and when brought this to their notice they were rude and mentioned this is not in their scope.
Terrible - con artists
I rang and booked and described the house in detail - got a quote and booked them to come in. We booked with moveout cleaning and AquaQleen showed up.
They have turned up and then demanded more money. I refused and called the office. The office said I could "negotiate" with them. I refused. I spoke to the office again and agreed to pay a bit more but also told them that I had now read reviews and they overall had a bad reputation and if the cleaning wasn't done appropriately then I would take them to VCAT. They left. Do not ever use them. While the lady in the office was lovely, the cleaners themselves are rude, aggressive and threatening.
Outrageous!!!!!!!!
Super expensive and the property is left greasy, dusty with marks on the Windows!!! They refused to refund or denied about their bad job!! DO N OT EVER USE THEM!!!!!
