Great Dishwasher Quite Happy
Had this dishwasher for about a year now. Washes the dishes well. The choice of cycles is useful, the rinse option is quick and handy if you don't have a full load and it will sit for a bit before washing. Eco wash uses less power but doesn't have a drying cycle so the dishes will still be wet when you open it. Either open the drawers and let evaporation do the work for a couple of hours before unloading or use another cycle if you want them dry.
You do have to watch that the top rack doesn't accidentally slide down because if it is too low a...Read more
nd the arm can't rotate it won't wash properly. You also need to make sure nothing is hanging over the front of the racks where the soap dispenser is, so it doesn't block it from opening. As long as you do that it's great.Purchased in July 2021.

Washes well and good value for money
I always use the eco cycle and I use after a couple of days of accumulation of dishes and it washes the dishes well but if I don’t open the door immediately after the wash the dishes don’t dry fast as there is no heat to dry them off. They are still wet so I have to wipe excess wetness off dishes. This is probably its only fault.
The cutlery basket is good and versatile. You can use the top grates or remove them. Also the top drawer is adjustable so this is handy.
The drawers are plastic and I thought they would get grubby after a while but the...Read more
y look good as new. Sometimes stuck on food that has dried abit before putting in the dishwasher needs to be pre rinsed to help soften it otherwise there may be some residue on the dishes after the wash. It feels sturdy unlike some of the cheaper brands

You get what you pay for
Does a good job cleaning the dishes but the dishes are always wetish in the end especially if you use the eco cycle. But it is only half the price of Miele. I guess I have been spoiled by Miele in the past. I guess the question is do you want to pay $1000 more to get dry dish each time?
Had it for almost 1 year and so far so good as I only run it once per week as I hardly cook.

Good buy overall
Love the layout of the racks and how to utensil tray can be moved across to where I want it. I also love the option of lowering or raising the top rack to allow for larger items on the bottom. Only downside is I find the temperature is not really hot enough to air dry the dishes once the cycle is over. Would love a normal and quick wash to be above 80 degrees or more like my previous Ariston dishwasher

A Very Disappointing Dishwasher
WE purchased ours from Harvey Norman in Perth and it is a total disappointment. We never put dirty unrinsed dishes or pots in it. Dishes and cutlery on the bottom along with pot lids and pots up top. The pots come out as dirty as they went in. We had a technician come out to see what the problem was. He came promptly and said that maybe because we had the top tray on its lower setting the plates in the bottom tray might have been preventing the rotor under the top tray rotating. We have subsequently only used it with the top tray in the h...Read more
igher position but the pots in the top are left poorly or not washed at all. Even the pot lids in the bottom tray are left dirty. When we take the pots and lids out after an Eco Wash the dirt in them comes of easily by a quick wipe with a washing cloth - why can't the machine clean them. Over the years we have had quite a number of dishwashers and none of the non Ariston brands gave us a problem. This Ariston is a total waste of money. DO NOT BUY ONE.Purchased in July 2021 at Harvey Norman for $650.00.

Exceptionally good machine (price and warranty)
Whilst the Ariston model listed on our receipt has the suffix '-T1' on it, the machine is also listed as the LFC2C19X AUS and just LFC2C19X.
The two (main) things that drew us to this particular machine were the price ($599) and the warranty (5 years). Having previously owned (and being very happy with) an Ariston stove gave us some confidence as well.
The machine washes very well. After having put it through all the options that we would use) other than Intensive (pots/pans) we could not be happier. The only thing I could really fault is t...Read more
he washing times. The best (and default) setting to use is the "Eco" setting which is the most energy efficient (0.86KWh/cycle) and uses 12L per wash. This setting has washed everything to perfection (full loads) and has left the dishes perfectly dry afterwards (including most plastics), but saying that, we have only emptied it a good hour after it has finished. The cycle does take a whopping 2 hours and 40 min. Another great setting is the "Express 30" setting which as the name implies, does a cycle in 30 min. It uses .50KWH/cycle and 8.5L per cycle. The manual states that this "program be used for lightly soiled dishes with no dried food residues (ideal for 2 place settings)". I would agree with the dried food residues, but we've had no issue with a much fuller load than suggested.Purchased in April 2021 at Harvey Norman for $599.00.

My brand new dishwasher purchased today won't do anything except beep twice every 30 seconds when we try run a cycle why is this?
3 answers
That doesn’t sound right at all. I would contact the store you Purchased it from to discuss the issue and consider your options.
All the best
Maybe dishwasher salt is required
Anthony F.Ariston
Hi Shakira,
Beeping without starting could mean a few different issues:
1. The door isn't closing properly, so needs to click shut before it can start.
2. There is a problem with the water supply - check the tap or the hose and make sure water is getting into the machine
3. The dishwasher wants you to put in Rinse-Aid and/or regenerative salt - we recommend adding these to get the best performance out of each wash and to keep the dishwasher in top working order, but if you don't have the Rinse-aid or salt, you can just put water into the compartments for the time being to stop the dishwasher beeping and asking you for it.
If you have checked all of these and the dishwasher is still beeping and not starting, it would be best to give Arisit Technical Support a call on 1300 762 219 to see if they can find a solution.

I was quoted 799.00 today. Some reviews are not good. I definitely need it to work properly as I live on an Island and nobody will come out if its not working as it should.

Hi, I purchased this machine yesterday from Harvey Norman and the rep told us to putvwayer in the salt resevoir on first fire up, which we did. It does not finish a full cycle and come up with the salt reservior button red as like an error. Not at all impressed. Reading feedback I'm.now nervous we have purchased a dodgy brand and got sucked by the sales pitch!
