My partner purchased a guitar Case for my birthday from Artist. The package arrived promptly. Unfortunately the package and case was damaged in transit. We contacted Artist on the evening of receiving the package and next morning there was a response saying they had already reordered a new case to replace the damaged one. Great service, great response. I will definately recommend to all my friends and colleges to use them for their purchases. Thanks Artist.

I recently purchased the Artist BCHYX "Anniversary" Translucent Black Semi-Hollow Electric Guitar with Hard Case. and it arrived in Central Queensland within 3 days. It a stunning looking Guitar ant the quality exceeded my expectations and I'm really not sure how the can make it and ship it across the country for the price. When i got it out of the case and tuned it up and plugged it in to my amp i notice i wasn't getting any sound out of one on the pick ups. A quick call to Artist and a couple of emails had it packaged back up and a replacemen...
Read moret was on it way. The service here was fantastic. I had it back for a for weeks now and i cant put it down. I highly recommend Artist guitars for a budget priced guitar. I would not hesitate to use them again.

These guys should be renamed [Word Removed] artist! they screwed up the order then told me it was my fault ! yer right been in marketing for 25 years that`s something you never do tell a customer they are wrong. GO to Mannys Instruments been using them for years very professional & never disagree with you !

Read more need to be trained better, some guy named Ian has absolutely no idea on customer relations & came across in an arrogant manner if want to pay fools like him well that`s your problem not mine ! another tip it is way easier & cheaper to keep customers than losing them !
