Great experience having a new hot water system installed. The tradesman was polite and on time and job was completed quickly. We will definately use again for future work and highly recommend.

Discussed the job on site, needed to be done in a hurry and they were able to rearrange work to get it done. Asked for a verbal order of magnitude for the job after describing / discussing and it was provided. Job ran well over the estimate (extra 15%) and bill was 200% the rough verbal estimate. No complaints about availability and the work and cleanliness of job site but would not engage again unless a firm quote is provided before commencing any significant work.

I have never had a more horrible experience dealing with a tradesman. If only I could have had a different plumber than Terry the horrible man! Rudest, most unprofessional and unhelpful person I have ever met.

Prompt, friendly, efficient and economical... These guys are wonderful 3 days from reccomendation to completion ?!$? No more tepid showers and boiling kettle to do dishes !

Nice chaps and do a good job but have always let me down on arrival time/day. I stayed home for 4 hours this week and they did not arrive as agreed. Too much work I think. Unreliable.
