POOR SERVICE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES

published

I hired Auburn Conveyancing and my experience with this company has been very poor. Their inaction and incompetence led to us needing to ask to delay settlement twice which put us at risk of the vendor charging us for not settling on time. We also needed to contact SRO ourselves to chase things up. The owner will say the right things to get your business and then provide a poor service. I highly recommend going with another conveyancer. You stand to lose money by using Auburn conveyancing.

Incompetent

published

Absolutely shocking. Failed to advise correct amount on transfer and made us liable for an extra $27,000 in transfer fee!
Unfortunately there seems to be no outlet to recoup our losses and if they'd done their job we would have known the cost and could have changed the settlement method.
Stay away, completely incompetent.

Got the name and address incorrect 3 times in Legal Documents

published

Hi, I had recently done a conveyancing of Land from this organisation. Every time they send me the documents for signing they got my name or my address incorrect. The fourth time I had to send an insulting email for them to get their act together. Finally Conveyancing was done. For some reason an initial 700$ conveyancing costed me 1200$. This conveyancing was referred by Loan Market. Very Unhappy.
