I foolishly ordered a bed in a box to replace my ageing mattress. Despite promises of floating on air, instead I felt I was sleeping on rocks. So I opted for the trial to end with a resounding thumbs down and considered my next option. Enter Ausbeds. I’d bought from them before, liked their product and wasn’t disappointed this time. The bed arrived in a couple of days (I’m outside Sydney metro) and this time I didn’t feel like I had a prison mattress; it was comfortable with the right balance of support. Never again will my shadow darken the bed in a box homepages. Any future purchases will remain with Ausbeds. Highly recommended.

I ordered Sienna SR4 Queen in the store and they delivered the wrong bed. The packaging say SR4 but after setting it up, I noticed it feels a bit firmer. Then I checked the label and it say SR6 Queen. I informed them the next day and decided not to replace it to avoid another delivery and the extra charge of $70 they were asking me for replacing it (even though it was their fault). I was only expecting them to say sorry for the inconvenience (nothing more) and I did not get any. Very poor customer service. What a pity!

Great first week on the Sienna R4, super comfortable! Huge thanks to Harry for helping me get it up all the stairs, he was a massive help and a great attitude the whole time!

My son says that it’s a wonderfully comfortable mattress. The service was terrific, receiving the mattress on the same day. My only complaint is that the mattress is so unbelievably heavy which makes making the bed incredibly difficult.

My previous mattress was a bit too soft. I appreciated that I could try out the different mattresses in the showroom to find the right one. I did look online first, and ended up buying the same mattress that their “fit system” recommended. I have only had it a few days (and it’s on the ground without a frame), but the mattress has been very comfortable and enabled a good night’s sleep. The delivery was quick, easy, and same day(!!), and Harry lugged it up the three flights of stairs with no complaints. Overall, very pleased with the purchase.

Dealt with Josh and Harry . Delivery, returns, sales were all very slick and can’t recommend the company enough. Unfortunately weighing in at 100kg I needed a bit more memory foam than their mattresses provide but my partner loved it and they’re hassle free. Seb

The mattress is super comfortable! I have noticed a better quality of my sleep since I started using this mattress and I wake up with no back pain at all! Would recommend to anyone with lower back issues and/or anyone that just wants a better nights sleep. Additionally Harry (the courier) was super friendly, punctual & professional!

Very impressed so far. Was explained everything thoroughly in the showroom and given plenty of time to try the beds and make a choice without anyone hovering. Was delivered within 2 hours of buying and delivery guy was very helpful in getting it up my big flight of stairs and setting up. Have found the mattress to be nice and cushiony yet still supportive and though its only been a few days my neck pain has improved immensely. I highly recommend you give these guys a go I think they give the big companies a run for their money.

Absolutely the best mattress I've ever purchased. I purchased the sienna med-firm. Its very comfortable and definitely exceeds all my expectations. Delivery was prompt and the service was awesome. I ordered my mattress Tuesday afternoon and I had it midday Wednesday. Harry sent me a couple of texts updating me on his ETA. He was right on time and practically insisted on helping me get it to my apartment. The service, both over the phone and in person, was professional and friendly. The mattress is exactly what I was after and I’ve had great nights’ sleep on it so far.

Sleeping better. Back and neck troubles have greatly improved. Feel well supported without it being too hard. Less disturbed when either of us turns over due to mattress design. A very comfortable mattress that I look forward to sleeping on.

My husband and I and our son have had our new beds and mattresses for a few months now and love them! I did lots of research before finding Ausbeds and was very impressed by the simplicity of the products, the quality, price and excellent service. And it's wonderful to support local business. The delivery was exceptional! We hardly managed to stop for a coffee on the way home and our new beds were delivered:) I highly recommend Ausbeds.
