I ordered my mattress Tuesday afternoon and I had it midday Wednesday. Harry sent me a couple of texts updating me on his ETA. He was right on time and practically insisted on helping me get it to my apartment. The service, both over the phone and in person, was professional and friendly. The mattress is exactly what I was after and I’ve had great nights’ sleep on it so far.

Sleeping better. Back and neck troubles have greatly improved. Feel well supported without it being too hard. Less disturbed when either of us turns over due to mattress design. A very comfortable mattress that I look forward to sleeping on.

Bought sienna king bed was delivered next day was informed every step of the way so happy with customer service and no pressure from sales person either will write another review after a couple of weeks on the performance of mattress.

Mattress is super comfortable, not to firm and not too soft and the delivery guy happily helped me get it up 3 flights of stairs because our lift was broken!

Still early days but so far so good! Very supportive mattress and lovely to sleep on. Would highly recommend these beds and my daughters also have your beds. Great support and delivery.

Marrickville Gentlemen provided excellent service. Visited showroom picked double sienna mattress. After bank transfer received call - was raining and Harry had the mattress covered and inside home without a worry. Went smoothly - enjoyed doing business with these fellows.

We’d been shopping around at expensive and poorly-reviewed mattress places when we remembered a friend had recommended (raved about) Ausbeds. Was impressed by the prices and reviews online, went in-store to try the mattress and was happy to recieve honest, informative and friendly service. I had my mattress delivered the next day (for free!) and Harry was personable and helpful. The text notification of delivery time was very accurate too, which is appreciated. The mattress is wonderful - I’ve been taking extra naps because I don’t ever want to get out of bed! Overall, thoroughly impressed, hard to believe it actually lived up to the stellar reviews we heard but it did!! Will happily recommend Ausbeds to anybody and everybody :-)
