This is my 8th Ausbed now and we love them. We bought 7 for a holiday house and loved them so much decided to switch over our current king bed. Their service is great, right through from Karl the owner to Harry who delivers the bed and is extremely helpful in getting it to where you need and taking all the rubbish. Would highly recommend Ausbeds!

My husband and I and our son have had our new beds and mattresses for a few months now and love them! I did lots of research before finding Ausbeds and was very impressed by the simplicity of the products, the quality, price and excellent service. And it's wonderful to support local business. The delivery was exceptional! We hardly managed to stop for a coffee on the way home and our new beds were delivered:) I highly recommend Ausbeds.

It's really comfortable and we like the firmness. Harry helped me bring it to my unit on the 1st floor and set the bed and mattress in no time. He was very helpful and polite. I'd recommend Ausbeds anytime. Cheers George, great buys from you guys!

Was a little skeptical about buying a mattress online, but must say I’m super pleased! The mattress is perfectly comfortable and of good quality. Harry delivered the mattress and was super friendly and helpful, carrying it up some very narrow stairs!

Very nice customer service. The beds are extra confortable. Im happy with everything.

Harry delivered our mattress, he was friendly and the service was awesome. We brought king size bedding which is best and comfortable. Would suggest other friends of mine to buy from Aus beds.

Rang and ordered my bed 10:30 am and it was delivered by 12:30 noon. My guest slept in it, the same night. She was so impressed that she's hoping to get one herself!

Great service from Ausbeds, good attitude and very helpful - Harry was very good and patient with the delivery when my Dad struggled to open the door to get in, which he finally did!

Excellent & professional service from the showroom to delivery.
Sienna mattress is totally supportive & extremely comfortable to sleep on. The delivery driver, Tennessee, was most helpful & obliging. Delivery, at no cost, was done on Sunday 45 minutes after we left the showroom. Thoroughly recommend Ausbeds in every way.

I sleep on my side and love the softness of give for my hips without sinking too low. Its just right for me.

We’ve had our Ausbed for a few weeks now and absolutely love it! We visited the showroom in Marrickville on a public holiday (Easter Monday) and after deciding we liked the Sienna (that includes an amazing gel foam layer) in medium, George was happy to accomodate our crazy weekly schedule and have it delivered the same day!

As this was a public holiday and George was the only one in the office at the time and did the delivery himself, I thought this was outstanding customer service.

Would highly recommend anyone to get an Ausbed - it’s like sleeping on a cloud

Harry was a big super helpful and didn't press me and husband into buying anything. Included free delivery and free Pillow . The mattress is super comfortable. In fact Ausbed is a place you will always recommend for anyone and feel relaxed in your house because the person you recommend Ausbed to, will go and return back with smile on his faces and not be disappointed most especially when it has to do with Harry, Harry has the quality of serving the public . I purchased the Sienna Queen gel memory mattress on 4 April 2018 and have not had any back or hip pain since!! It provides support in all the places I need it and I sleep better than I have in many years. The advice, care and service was unbeatable ( and I had a lot of questions!) Highly recommended!

We purchased our new mattress on the weekend from Ausbeds and were ecstatic to be waking up without sore backs for the first time in years! The staff in the showroom were very helpful and Harry was able to deliver it straight away. Excellent service! Highly recommend this company.

This is such a great mattress! I've had the best sleep the last couple of days in ages!! AAA quality and Harry was great who delivered the bed. Straight up 3 flights of stairs in a flash.
