Love this mattress. Great support for my back. Great quality. Particularly impressed with the supports around the edges which makes lying on the very edge, feel like your in the middle enabling use of the whole surface. Great service, Harry was particularly helpful in the store, and then Tennessee turned up at 11 on the dot as agreed and was more than happy to get it up the multiple flights of winding stairs. Top service, highly recommend.

The mattress is very comfortable and supportive. Had my first sleep in it last night and it was fantastic. Only good things to report and would recommend. Appears to be a very durable make. The delivery service was excellent. Tennesee from Ausbeds was punctual and efficient in moving the bed into my home and setting it up. He was great at his job and very easy to get along with.

Can't fault the product or the service, havent ever had such a great sleep! Both George and Harry were super helpful and because of them (and of course the bed) I will recommend this to everyone!

We purchased this mattress about a month ago, after a solid week of shopping around the standard stores and online alternatives. We were a bit disheartened at the prices and the long wait for delivery that seemed to be the standard. Then we stumbled across ausbeds, visited their showroom, and were sleeping in our brand new mattress within 2 days! Delivery was fast, convenient and included in the price, and a friendly delivery man Harry helped get it all up the stairs and set up.
The bed is super comfortable, to the point that when we spend the night away from home we miss our bed. The options were great, Karl was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the whole process was refreshingly easy. Would highly recommend (and do, quite often).

I'm probably going to lose my job thanks to ausbeds, but that's fine, I'll have more time to spend on my awesome Sienna mattress. From start to finish the product and service is impeccable. A big thanks to Harry who was treated to a hot, humid day and about 50 stairs, but he got my bed in place and also took all the rubbish which was great.

Awesome bed and experience, from the sales guy to the delivery guy harry. They were able to organise free delivery in only an hour after my purchase. Would recommend to anyone.

Day 17 - Happy Zzzzz so far. Purchased the King size - soft type Sienna bed and loving it. Had the medium to firm type initially and being a side to tummy sleeper - noticed a bit of soreness around the hip and back area after a few days of use. Maybe it just needs a bit of a time to break in but George, Harry and the team was happy to replace it straight away. First night with the soft type Sienna and noticed my body conforming to the mattress - no partner disturbance on other side of the bed and with its under 1k price tag - no wallet disturbance either! Have now been recommending ausbeds to fam and friends who are on the hunt for the “under 1k perfect mattress”.

Bought the queen sized Sienna at the store 237 days ago and it has been a comfortable sleep every time since. No evidence to this stage of any deterioration or collapsing. Pleased with the purchase and the service at the store.

I bought a mattress and loved it so much that I bought 3 more for other apartments. The base is so easy to move around and the mattresses are just heaven. Karl and his team are so efficient and ready to manage anything for you. Thank you again for all the beds!

I was in the market for a new bed, sheets, mattress bed base, protector etc. Went out to Marrickville on Sunday to Ausbeds showroom, George assisted me with absolutely everything I needed to get underway. The entire process was soo quick and efficient it was unbelievable. Highly recommend these guys. I’m blown away with delivery before Christmas time as well.
