i was having issues with my passport application, the lady at the Perth business centre helped me out soo much i was able to get my passport lodged and received passport in just over a week, super helpful!! the postal manager there always helps me!!!

I really enjoy the service at Australia Post. The staff are generally friendly and accommodating and always have a smile on their face. Great Aussie Organisation, and reasonably priced for parcel delivery

Issues like a printing issue, signature not matching are considered a major issue and the passport office will simply not process the application and will ask as to call you back. Due to this, you have to start again and not to mention it will be more time-consuming. However, poor customer service is not tolerable at all. We should have explained to you the reason for not taking your passport application in a professional manner and also should have provided you a solution. As none of this has happened, I will contact the Postal Manager/Area manager (if it was a LPO). While I am here, I will write another review too. About 5 years ago I brought a unit and was about to move in, but because of ill health I had moved some things in but was still living at the first unit. I would find my mail sticking out of the letterbox at the 2nd unit, which wrangled me because from memory something had gone missing. I worry about I.D. theft and I contacted the post office and gave them my name and address at the 2nd unit. Next I find my sign saying "No junk mail" had been ripped off but luckily for me, I saw this in time...

On the 16th December 2022, I posted my mother’s 80th birthday/Christmas gifts and card to the UK via Australia Post (SYNDAL LPO) and paid for the Economy Air parcel under tracking number UC213958207AU.

Went to pick up a parcel that had been redirected to the post office. The woman at the counter scanned the code, looked for 3 minutes and said it was too hard to find and she would call at her convenience. There was only one other customer in the shop at the time.
At a post office only open 9-5, that means Australia post expects me to leave work whenever their employee decided to do her job and get back to me!

This is really bad post office!
Just move to new suburb in Barton ( Canberra) and local post office is Kingston !
Went to processed the passport ! The Retail assistances really rude! And asked me to back and forward couple of time to finish the copy the document ! I’m sure post office can copy 1 paper of document offer to pay for 1 copy of document but no help ! Such a lazy sales assistant!Hopeless!

The local Kiama post office has great staff, and delivery staff.
Always friendly, helpful, courteous and efficient. They handle all your needs in one place and have lots of extras you can buy in store.

Love the friendly service and availability of everything you need for posting parcels or mail including gifts and gift cards. Passport photos available plus banking facilities post office boxes make it easy to collect mail out of hours

On numerous occasions at Waverley Gardens Post Office I have been on the receiving end of rude treatment by staff. I actually can't recall a positive experience from their staff.

It's a pleasure to be able to say "Thank you" to the Personnel at Emerald Post Office, Victoria; the Postie who carefully delivers our mail on the Postie Bike come rain, hail or shine. The deliveries that are thoughtfully left in an appropriate place or a notification that we have something to collect, if no one's home and last but not least the front of house, counter staff who always have a smile and a welcome. I,m always confident in advice that I might require and nothing is ever too much trouble.

Where I live in Wauchope NSW the post office is absolutely great. The staff here are so friendly, professional & just willing to do whatever is needed to help you! Awesome service!! Ive made a formal complaint for harassment against the senior worker from Petersham LPO to Australia Post.
Id also recommend anyone to record a video of his behaviour on the phone whenever you go there to pick-up a parcel.
His attitude is unacceptable in Australia.
If he cannot do his job properly, it is time to resign and move on.

If their lack of efficacy wasn't enough. Rude and abrupt service is the cherry
So many times, they can't find my package only to have to look it up on the system, find out THEY have it, then have a relook. They're disorganised, clumsy and unprofessional. There is solid reason why they have no accolades on their manky worn-out brick walls. I have better things to do then wait around for you to do your job. For anyone going through ChirnPark PO, save your time. Go private delivery, trust me.

This is the single worst post office in all of Perth. The customer service staff don't know the basics. I am certain this is a franchise store, every genuine Aus. Post accepts my post app as id for collecting parcels except this one, they argue with you even though you have genuine id, that you need additional things and are very difficult to deal with. Took way too long in line to collect parcel only to be rejected because it was apparently supposed to deliver to my home instead of there, so I went back to my car and then decided ask them to check anyways incase it has been delivered, and again had to wait another 30 minutes just to get a small parcel I should of gotten first time, that's an hour of my life wasted.
