Surprised
Whoa am I glad I didn't come here before my clubs arrived or I would have been very worried. Purchased a set of wedges and woods recently through these guys. When I emailed with questions I heard back from both Chris Smith and Nick Tonga within hours of my emails. When there was an issue with availability of a product Chris rang me straight away to talk through options. He gave more than one solution and I am very happy with where we ended up. Products are 100% genuine with serial numbers etc right where they should be.
I'm not really ...Read more
sure what else to say. These guys seemed on top of it and I wasn't ever worried my clubs wouldn't get to me. Might suggest if you're worried after reading some of the other reviews then email them BEFORE you purchase if it will give you peace of mind... Otherwise I can only make a recommendation from my experience.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Buyer Beware Scamming
Reported to Office of Fair Trading, thankfully paid via PayPal - Purchased golf shaft online on 15/05/2018. Contacted seller on 18/05/2018 regarding process of order. Seller never contacted me. My wife had to phone him. Seller stated there were issues with supply. Promised that he would contact supplier and ship direct to me. Weeks went past and nothing. Seller would not respond to emails or calls. Seller has numerous other businesses selling golf equipment. Told my wife he was selling the business. My wife contacted Mitsubishi Australia and th...Read more
ey advised that the shaft has always been in stock, there is only one distributor of this shaft in Australia. Mitsubishi state that wholesale the shaft sells at $500.00 and retailers sell at $600.00+. Clearly, the seller was misrepresenting the product and falsely took my funds to procure a benefit with no intention whatsoever of providing the product. I have since had to order the shaft from another 'legitimate' supplier at the cost of $553 plus GST. Mitsubishi state that this seller, Golf Components, has had there account closed since 2013.

Do not buy from this site - website is a scam - you will not receive any goods
Purchased a putter. After expected delivery time had elapsed I emailed website on multiple occasions with no immediate reply. Finally received a response claiming that management/ownership had changed. Conveniently, for the "new" owners the website is still up & running.
I lost $259.
These guys will probably pop up on A Current Affair -

Terrible. Shop Front has been vacated. There is no option for zero stars...
Ordered a fairway wood late last year. Despite multiple calls and emails (only way i could contact them was to use the international number) they eventually stopped answering. Lodged complaint with consumer affairs who informed me a few weeks later the shop has been vacated but the website is still operational
DO NOT USE.
Lucky i only lost a few hundred....

BEWARE - DO NOT BUY
Hi All
I purchased a club on the 19th of December 2017 for $199.00 from a 'Jason Adams' who I physically met in the retail store 'Golf Factory Outlet' in Virginia, QLD. The store has since closed down and we have never received the product nor have we received a refund despite dozens of calls and emails. The staff were INCREDIBLY rude to us over the phone. If you are having any doubt of my review, jump onto their Facebook page 'Golf Factory Outlet' and read his response to a poor lady who wrote a 1 star review - this guy knows no bounds, has...Read more
no business ethics and obviously no morals (judging by his response). My advice to you all is run for the hills and stay as far away from this business as possible. Please warn any of your fellow golfers.1 comment

No response
I ordered a club a month ago, I have requested an update on the status of the order via the website and also sent several emails with no response. I have called both the 1300 & 07 number and they are now "Disconnected". I have also sent 2 messages via facebook which have been viewed and still no response. I am now thinking that this site is now a scam or has gone bankrupt or something and will need to file a complaint and try and chase up the money paid with the bank. I find this very strange as i used this site several years ago and had no issues. Hopefully i hear something sometime soon.

93 days. Do not buy!
That's how long it took to get my clubs.
I love how the only 5 star review on this page is by the owner who's responsible for all the bad ones.
I ordered 2 Titleist wedges October 31 2017 and when they had not arrived or been shipped a couple of weeks later called the 1300 number and got no reply. The next day I called the 07 number (from the order receipt) which I found out over the next few months is the only number or email that gets answered.
"I'm aware of the order" was the terse response from the business owner who said Melbourne Cup ...Read more

Wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered from Golf Online
I am feeling lucky as I only ordered a golf umbrella @$75 compared to others who have spent much more and not received their orders. This was to be a Christmas present so I guess that's not going to happen. I think Fair Trading needs to act this is completely unfair.

Stay well clear of bogus site and owner
Ordered a golf bag to be delivered to Bundy. After not hearing anything for a couple of weeks started calling the 1300 number each time receiving the answering machine so started emailing. After no response thought would contact via messenger and had a reply of "emailed out updates today mate", his email was blank. This bloke is a joke, I have filed for charge back with my bank and will be dropping into the so called shop front and explain the conditions and responsibilities of owning a business. STAY AWAY FROM AUSTRALIAN GOLF ONLINE

This has to be a scam
Received 2 emails from golf online after putting in an order. One was to say order placed and the 2nd was a blank with just the auto signature at bottom. I have emailed daily, starting pleasantly, but slowly getting more cranky and no response. No different with phone numbers to lack of response. The address listed is not a bricks and mortar golf shop but just a house. I've given [name removed] 2 days to respond or I will be knocking on the door of 11 huon st narangbah. nothing more than a scam. Now to try and get the $400+ returned. Wish me luck. October 5th 2017 Update: Follow up Just a follow up. Spoke to someone 3 weeks ago about order and informed them to cancel the order and refund the money and have heard nothing since. He admitted he could not fulfill the order so seemed like a reasonable thing to cancel and refund but apparently not. Strangely he rang 2 days after my initial review was placed here so maybe he reads these. Stay away, looks like I'm down over $400. Oh he told me that the listed address is for the last owner so who knows where he is in the world. SCREWED OVER2 comments

Save yourself time and look elsewhere
[name removed] - Do not believe for a second that this has changed ownership and is now operated from a bricks and mortar golf store. Do not buy from this online store. Purchased a putter from them, after a month I emailed and received no reply. Tried calling and no answer. Filing a chargeback with bank.

Frustrating but got full refund in the end!!!
Brought Driver and hybrid (new but older models) and was excited as were the shafts/models that I wanted and were no longer available. After 3 weeks no notification so kept following up, told coming any day, one club was here, waiting for the other, being let down by supplier etc etc etc....this went on for a month. Would not respond to emails but would answer calls and Jason sounded genuine and I am sure was trying his best to secure the Clubs for me (even offered me later models but I was not interested in). Anyway when it became obvious th...Read more

This would have to be the worst company for customer communication.
I ordered a putter on the 4th of July. According to their website the putter was in stock. I required the putter for a birthday present on the 16th of July so I thought no problems, what a joke I have been given the run around by every one I have spoken to at their company. It is now 3rd of Aug and still no sign of the putter, the latest excuse is that it is coming from their supplier. I have called them every day for the last week and they say they will get back to me, not one single call. I have asked for a refund as you have guessed no reply. Would never ever buy from this company again. As they say buyer beware.
