Please avoid this company at all costs, they couldn't organise a chook raffle!
NO communication, paid all my money up front, worst mistake I could have made, took months and months before the order was ready then nothing fitted, so they had to start the order again, more months passed, then when they finally installed the Sliders they weren't even the design that I ordered but they wouldn't replace or refund any money on them. The Manager was rude and abrupt and just basically said well that's what you're stuck with unless you would like to pay another $5000 to order the sliders that you want? And then he walked out the door never to be seen again.
No one knows anything at this company, so just move on to a company that does!!

I hadn't even got to deposit stage and wouldn't bother with this company.
Promises put in writing of pricing and then revoked on 2 separate occasions until they quote a price well above market rates.
I am just glad they showed their true colours prior to any money being outlaid..
The 5 star ratings clearly are written by the same person within the company, don't be fooled or you will be disappointed.

look absolutely stunning and the staff were very friendly and happy to help answer all my questions. my shutters look beautiful so glad i decided to go ahead with the aluminium especially for my bathrooms as they are marine grade at no extra cost! just look great, so happy!

As a qualified builder I can say this is one of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Unfortunately it's companies like this that give the building industry a bad name. You'll be on the old age pension before they actually carry out the work, extremely poor communications, totally unreliable, a trained monkey could do a better job measuring & installing. You'll pay the balance before installation so you have no means of come back when they make a dogs breakfast of your job.

With this company, you have to make a payment in full and week after week you have to chase them to finish the job they started. They will give you the run around, they dont turn up when they say they will, make poor excuses like its raining and we cant do the job.

A year after installation these shutters are clearly not good quality. Poorly manufactured and installed. Clips holding the shutters have all come off. The blades on one shutter wont close properly because when manufacured they left a pop rivet extending too far from the end of the blade where the closing mechanism is attached so it digs into the frame AND WONT CLOSE. Very poor service also. Took several weeks longer to install than what they promised. Turned up after taking a day off work to find that none of the shutters fitted. And very poor service organising for them to come back. We had to chase them and they wanted to argue that it was our fault. Very difficult to deal with and low quality product. Recommend you go elsewhere.
