I’ve used this company twice and both times they got the order wrong, I’ve tried to get a response several times with no luck, silence. Won’t use again.

Placed an order 8 days ago. After 3 days I emailed asking when my items would be shipped, I still have not received a response. I then received an email stating that my items were booked for transport but when I checked my tracking number it stated that the booking had been cancelled. I am still waiting on tracking information as none of the links send through work.

I just wanted to say that Australian vitamins have a great customer service. My green food did not arrive because Post australia could not find my address but after some e-mails they send it again and now it arrived.No stress, real concern. Very good

Products were well packed and I got my order with in three days of ordering, very happy, prices were fantastic much better than expected, one trick to remember is when you put something in your cart press continue shopping... initially I found it a bit frustrating trying to locate my next product

Usually I have had good experiences with Australian Vitamins, but this time they hadn't posted my order for 3 weeks until I reminded them! (My account said 'awaiting stock' so i had been waiting..) Now I'm still waiting for my order, 3 days later. They could have at least posted it via express post. I will be ordering from a different company from now on.

Placed an order on their site for manuka honey and soup mix. Took 8 days before they even shipped it out. Wasted lot of time to get the item in hand.
