Can a steelcraft cruiser capsule be used on the pram with the adapter?

I'm sorry I can't help you with that as I only used the SnS Unity capsule. I'm sure if you go to the babyjogger website or facebook page it would help you find out.

Can anyone tell me the difference from the USA import versus Australian model?
3 answers
Mine is an US import, bought through Amazon, and at the time the only difference was colour. I have an amethyst seat but I think you can get those in Australia now.
US models have a black brake, the fabric is not treated with fire retardant, the harness is different (AU models have the sewn in straps with buckle that you have to put together) and I think the stitching is different.
The main issue with buying them overseas is that the National Safety Standards can differ. What is okay in one country may not meet safety standards here. Most US sites that sell new prams won't/can't actually sell and ship to Australia

Is the baby jogger city select compact enough to fit in the back of a prado with all the seats being used?
5 answers
I can't answer that as I have a mazda 3 sedan - sorry
Hi kd5under6, we have a Ford Territory and it fits in the boot fine. Because the seats come off it actually takes up less room and its quite easy getting it in and out of a higher car. I can fit all the food shopping, the BJCS pram as well as an umbrella stroller in the back no problems.
I have a toyota landcruiser and it fits in easily in the boot (although it is quite a large boot). The basinnette and toddler seat fits easily on top of the folded up base so doesnt take up too much room.

I am seriously considering buying this pram, can anyone tell me if you can have the bassinet up the top facing you and the toddler seat down the bottom facing out?
Thanks

Hi there, we purchased this bjcs stroller today after much research and finalising between this and the steel craft strider compat. It's so easy to use and yes you can have the bassinet up top facing you but the seat at the front must be facing in. We tried to have it facing out in the shop when trying all positions but it just doesn't fit. However i loved it when we tried it like this (and dint think i would) and it works as there is still lots of foot room for the older child. Hope this helps. Klj.

hi im looking at getting this pram but im curious to know does anyone find it hard to push with the toddler out the front of the pram? and is it better to have the toddler in the top seat? i have a 2 yr old and a bub due in aug 2012. thanks

I think any double pram is going to be more difficult to push than a standard pram simply due to the weight of the extra child. In saying that, I have a 15kg toddler and 6 kg baby who I can push quite easily in the pram, with toddler out the front. I haven't used another pram so couldn't tell you if it was easier than another pram or with the toddler in a different position.
It's certainly easier to push than other twin prams I have pushed. However I do find it easier to push with my toddler at the top facing me and my bub in the bassinet at the bottom. There is less ways to configure the seats when your using the bassinet.
