Disgusting and utterly rude staff!!
I travelled 2hrs to Babyroad to buy a stroller and received absolutely disgusting service from a arrogant woman in their store! I certainly will not be returning to Babyroad or recommending anyone to them again!! I asked politely for a price match/discount and was given a huge mouthful and then the assistant proceeded to demand I pay a $50 "consultants fee" for the time I had spent "wasting her time"!! I took my business next door to Baby Bunting and got the service and price I was looking for!

Fantastic service
I initially purchased the wrong product online, but didn't realize until it arrived. I phoned & the staff member was super friendly & helpful, and sent out the right product that day!! I could not ask for more in an online purchasing experience & would recommend baby road to anyone.
Friendly & helpful, good price, very quick to post.

Ripped off
Purchased a baby swing which would only work intermittently. Happened to work while trying to return it but soon stopped again within days. Would not refund or exchange as the supplier has to deal with it. Supplier not happy to replace product that works sometimes. Unless I bring it back to the shop for 24 hour monitoring to prove it is faulty.
Bad customer service. Not caring attitude from at least 3 staff members.

Terrible! Customer service
Seed organic baby cradle broke after 3 months of use. Absolute nightmare to get a refund-they were rude on the phone, did not return e-mails.Ended up going through Consumer Protection to get refund, it took 3 months in the end, with very little apology. Also leave you waiting on the phone and then end up hanging up on you.I purchased the baby cradle at the baby expo and picked it up in store which is 50 kms from where i live, which is fine when you are getting a product. When they finally agreed to a refund after providing them with photographic ...Read more
evidence and the weight of my 3 month old baby!, and informing them that i would lodge a complaint with consumer protection.I asked if they would be able to reimburse the cost of fuel to return the product or if they could pick up the product, they flatly refused. It was not my fault that the cradle broke so surely a $10 fuel voucher would have been a nice gesture! It has finally been resolved thanks to Consumer protection and they ended up telling me to dispose of the faulty product and i got a refund to my credit card. That would have been perfectly satisfactory 3 Months ago!! Needless to say i will never shop there again. Lots of products in store Bad customer serviceSimilar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
Overrated
Arrogant customer services. Knew little about products in particular about running prams. I'm glad I did my research on the net because I'd I had relied on the Babyroad shop assistance information I would have been missled. I also had issues ordering some replacement parts. Babyroad accepted full payment of goods and after 4 weeks still hadn't managed to obtain items and couldn't tell me when I could expect to receive them. After 4 weeks I asked for a refund and they questioned whether they could give me a refund. I bluntly pointed out they had...Read more
n't delivered and couldn't tell me when they would so I suggested it would be wise to give me a refund. They will definitely be having some competition with Baby Bunting opening up across the road. In comparison to Babyroad, Baby Bunting has far better service and just as good a range of products in some cases more (ie prams). Look out Babyroad, your customers will soon be walking! Product range, good for gift type presents Shop assistants give incorrect info and misleading info. Cluttered and cramped store (husband's hate this!).Similar opinion? Very bad customer service!
We brought a cot on Baby expo from babyroad, when payment was done we were told it can be picked up anytime from the following week.we went in store to collect our purchase just to be told that someone from the expo should have let us know that the product is out of stock and we should wait for another 4 weeks to have the stock shipped for us to have it.
We never received a follow up on the product and we had to constantly keep in touch with them to find the progress of the shipment. We were told on 19th of September they are expecting shipmen...Read more
