I arrived at a branch 15 minutes before closing time with the hope of enrolling as a new customer. Saaya walked me through each step of the process, all the paperwork, and ensured that I understood what was needed and the available options. She was so kind as to stay past closing to ensure I could enrol and open an account given the additional reporting requirements since I am a citizen of another country. This really set me at ease.

Came to Melbourne CBD branch to open a new account as I've just relocated to Australia from abroad - Nadja was lovely and set it all up for me. I've only been with this bank a week but when I had to get help with my account at the branch the service was excellent, friendly and they took as long as I needed to understand and complete everything.

Started banking with Bank Australia and the customer service was great from Alita in the Canberra branch! Explained everything and even organised account so they were all offsets! Can recommend the staff and Alita to help you with any banking issue!

The online app service is very user friendly.
While there are a limited number of branches, the in branch service is always excellent.

I have been with Bank Australia and it’s predecessors for over 15 years. Abbey at the Bendigo branch provided first class service to helped us re-establish accounts after significant time overseas. Abbey couldn’t have been more helpful to meet our requirements and questions. Abbey continues a long standing commitment to professional service that I have always experienced with my interactions with Bank Australia.

I have been with this bank for about 3 hours, thanks to the help of Jamie at the Kew branch. Jamie took me through the whole process and helped set up the mobile app all in one consult. Also shared great information on some of Bank Australia's current and continuing projects in the environmental conservation sector.
I am happy to join this bank after intending to for some time.
I did need to go into the branch in person as my residential address was not available on the drop down menu online.

I recently signed a new home loan with Bank Australia and the pre and post settlement follow up has been outstanding. I was treated as a person, not a number and the time was taken to ensure I understand the key features of my accounts.
