My first time ordered this website and it’s been 2 months now, I did not get it the customer service not helping at all. Please never again don’t do it guys not this company lesson learned!

My order was placed on 25th March, it is now 30th April and the website is still advising me that my order is yet to be dispatched. It's impossible to reach a representative from their company to get assistance too.

I am very satisfied with their service as I am a regular customer. I have seen many negative reviews but i have never experienced anything wrong other than good customer service:)

I made an order a month ago. At the time, I received an email stating if I placed an order, I would get Free Tracked Shipping. When I tried to add this after ordering, it kept trying to charge me for it, so I clicked the economy choice. Today, 5 weeks after I ordered, I wrote asking where my product was as their site stated to me it was still being dispatched!! I received an instant, auto response, telling me due to the virus, things would take longer to arrive and they were now cancelling my query.
Disgraceful treatment of a paying customer!! No customer service and I have NO idea if I will receive my order as the website states it hasn't even been dispatched!
I will never buy from them again.

They claimed my order was dispatched same day to Aus. Free 4 day shipping as I spent over $70.
Order was placed on Feb 27th and now its Mar 14th and nothing yet. When I emailed after the first week to find out why the tracking number wasnt showing anything they just sent a generic email telling me how to check tracking. Im not new at this, I understand how tracking works.
Was insulting and to make matters worse over 2 weeks and no order. Don't bother with them unless you can wait for a month to get your order

I read so many negative reviews on beautbay.com. but tried my luck, ordered on 25th February, it was sent on 26 February, i received my item on 10th of march. Delivery time on their website is 7-10 working days(no tracking). So i got it just in time, even though i wasnt expecting it.

Bought 4 eyeliners out of that 2 were empty have tried to contact them several times to resolve the matter but no response be careful what you purchase there after sales are shocking they will not answer you unless it’s to make money

Not happy at all. Never again will I use beautybay. They are quick to take money but delayed to return it. Why would one bother with this company at all?

I had read negative reviews about customer service, but I had no problem with dealing with this company. I clicked the tracking button and was able to track the parcel from the UK to Australia.
I placed my order on 14th February and the parcel arrived on 26th February.

The products on the site looked amazing. Even delivered to New Zealand. So I took a gamble only never to receive my order. Tried number off times to contact them no reply. There app is painfull to work around. Wouldnt even let me try to contact them. Please avoid them as they dont respond to emails or fb

More than 3 weeks for the shipment, they give per email a tracking number that tracks nothing. I wrote to the customer service and still have no answer. I felt insecure all the time that it was a fake web site or that my order was lost and no one from the company helped.

I put it my first order ever at the end of October and got a email on the 1/11/19 to say it had been shipped, i had emailed Beauty bay to ask were it was but as there is a huge time difference i didn't expect a answer anytime today but to my delight the postie knocked on my door 1 hour after i sent the email..it perfect and it good shape. 19 days later i'm just happy that it got here

I recently purchased a few items from BeautyBay.com & despite a lot of negative reviews on this website, my experience was fantastic. Not only were the products competitively priced, they arrived in a week from the UK to Australia & were packaged well. I honestly wouldn't hesitate using BeautyBay.com again based on this experience!

Their shipping is terrible! I chose express shipping and it still took two weeks! And there was a fault with one of the products but they are basically saying that I just don't know how to use eyeshadow properly. Which is just insulting. Makeup is one of my biggest passions and I dedicate a lot of my time and money to it. I'm still currently battling with them to try a get a refund or a replacement. The experience has left me feeling pretty horrible and just down right insulted.

My order was dispatched within a couple days and since it was coming from the UK and I chose the saver/untracked postal method, I was expecting to wait maybe a month or more. Well my items arrived in a week. I would recommend beauty bay to anyone! They have sales on frequently too. I will be returning. Thank you beautybay.

P.s.... BeautyBay, or any other company, cannot help if something gets stuck at customs. A parcel of mine from the US was stuck at customs for A WHOLE MONTH but eventually got to me in the end, at no fault to the company. Calm down everyone.

Their products are great however, their customer service and lead time are terrible. Took 2 weeks to get my order when apparently it should have arrived within 2-7 days. Contacted customer service and she gave me every excuse as to why it had not arrived. Avoid...

I was hesitant to order due to bad reviews. But I took the chance! My order arrived within a week! I am in Australia and can't find these products any where else. I am very happy with my purchase will definitely order again ! Packed well, quick delivery, great product's! Thankyou
