Hi Christian, replace the drain pump or check if the sump has been blocked or not.

Put the machine on, it starts but a few moments later stops and beeps 10 times and the “water supply” light comes on. Any ideas of how to fix this? Cheers

I have been advised that there is a fault with the water inlet valve. I have already had mine replaced whilst still under warranty and its gone again. Belline no longer have an office here in Australia and they can now only be contacted in New Zealand. I have been using dishwashers all my life and have never experienced such a bad machine. Don’t spend money on repairs, count your loses and have your dishwasher replaced with a reputable well known brand. Unfortunately Bunnings are of no help although they talked me into the Bellini machine as part of my kitchen revamp. I no longer have any faith in Bunnings

Hello, we are agents for Bellini and a company called Marks Electronics is doing their warranty work and also if not out of warranty they can sell you one, they have always had warranties for Australia under Install and Fix as well

Hi Gina,
Sorry Mine was so bad that I ditched it and bought a Miele after just a month, so didn't encounter your particular problem, but I am sure I would have eventually lol. Good luck with it!

My machine is 3 years old and is halfway through a wash when the beeping and flashing of the padlock symbol and 6h symbol bring the cycle to a halt. I left the dishwasher turned off for days and when starting it, the same occurred. I don't have the manual. Any ideas?

Did you ever resolve this issue as I am now having the same problem.

For anyone who has a similar problem, this specific error indicates that there is a problem with the heading element (abnormal heating). I have no idea what that means specifically, except that you will likely need to get the machine serviced / replaced / thrown off a bridge. This is all in the manual, which you can find at the following address (search for the model number): http://www.belliniappliances.com.au/cooking/useandcare.aspx

Page 19 of the manual should have a list of all the error codes and what they mean. Hope that helps.
