cannot place my order online as the site cannot be found supposedly.
I have been trying for 2 days to place an order online without success, each time it shows the site cannot be found, are you experiencing permant problems?
It is very frustration as you cannot actually go to the shop to purchase the products.
Please how I can place my order.

I ordered online on the 12th of April today is the 29th of April and it's still in Sydney somewhere the wait time is ridiculous I've had 2 deliveries from target that I placed after this one very annoyed indeed

Half an order and no response
I recently ordered underwear online from Best and less. After waiting, and waiting (okay, maybe covid 19 shipping delays) I got my package, opened it ..... and was very disappointed when some items were missing. 2 items, and empty hanger enclosed.
I emailed the customer service number 8 days ago and haven't heard back since.
Customer service??? Obviously not. Very disappointed but I will keep at them. It may only be a couple of items to them, but they are items I paid for and I want them!!

Worst online experience ever
I have been waiting a month since my order and I STILL don’t have it, I also emailed them to ask about my product and express that this service is not good enough. I have not heard anything from them. Extremely frustrating. At this rate the baby will grow to much to even fit in the clothes I have ordered.

Horrible customer service!
So disappointed and mad at the reply I just recieved from best and lesss regarding my ship to store order. Order was placed on the 17/4/2020 and shipped to store 20/4/20202 after the initial 12 business since being “shipped” I contacted them and was told it will arrive soon now today 3 days after messaging them again they finally reply and tell me it has now magically been “lost in transit”. Was told the store could fulfill some items but in sizes 0 and 1 when I ordered 0000 so very unhelpful and they didn’t have most in stock either hence why I ordered online in the first place.

Worst customer service ever!
My order was ready for collection 3 weeks ago and I wasn’t notified that it was there. I then email the customer service to ask where my order is and they don’t inform it is at the store. I wait another week and email again to find out it’s at the store. I go pick up my item and 2 hours later I get an email to say my item is ready to collect.....you’re 2 weeks too late!! No apology, no explanation, very disappointed.

Very Poor Customer Service Response
Enquired via the customer service portal to track down an item which was out of stock, and initially got a great response! However after 10 days nothing had eventuated and the enquiry had expired, so another was created. This was again responded to within a week...however again my reply to provide a shipping address was never acknowledged. Bit of a waste of time!

not fitting correctly
ok i bought a Bra wireless one, i have worn it today but i noticed that the straps keep falling off my shoulders, i have adjusted them tighter, but they still want to fall off. i notice that the top of the bra near arm pit is very close to my arm pit and the strap follows that curve which means it doesn't go in a straight line up my shoulder, instead it sits on the edge of my shoulder and i have to keep pulling the straps up all the time why is this so? is it made wrong? i have noticed that Kmart brand does it as well, is the brands not up to scratch anymore? not happy Jan!! Finally found somewhere that is able to provide comfortable pants that fit my little chunker of a baby. Other stores of focusing just on what looks cute whereas b&l have considered the difference shapes babies are. Other stores just have pants that are restricting and even going up sizes doesn't accommodate the shape still but b&l have given my son pants with room and still look cute, and their waist ties on babies and kids pants are real whereas most other stores are fake and unadjustable. Mostly good prices too. Thank you best and less for coming to the rescue!

They had what I needed however......

So to my shock I was charged 15c to put my layby in ( I had just placed it on layby I hadn't picked it up)
Maybe in future perhaps add this fee onto the layby fee you already charge?! It was bit of a shock not even big w, kmart or target charge you for bags when you place a layby on!!!!

Not usually a Best & Less customer but they sell my favourite undies. To justify delivery cost, which is reasonable, I usually look around to see what else I need to add to the order. Ive bought teas towels etc.
