Any company that ignores Constitutional law, the right of informed choice, and discriminates against any persons free choice; especially in regards to medical procedures, has no conscience and will never see my business again.
Good bye
I’m quite concerned about an online order I made some weeks ago.
There has been no update in delivery, no Australia Post tracking, no response from customer service on any platform-email, phone, social media.
Best and less have happily taken my money but not provided a product…
If I do not hear from a representative soon I will be in contact with my bank for a charge back and will then be in contact with fair trading.
How dare they discriminate when vaccinated can transmit the disease too, passports are meaningless. Will not shop there while they have this policy.
They should be ashamed of them selves. My body, my choice. I will never shop there ever again. I was a repeat customer

The behaviour from Best & Less is so, so disappointing. What on earth are these guys thinking. I will be blocked from entering their stores due to a personal medical decision. What next? Are you going to start asking people if they are on birth control? Unbelievable.

I will never step foot in one of your stores ever again. Shame on you for supporting discrimination and divison between Australians.
The latest policy shutting doors against the unvaccinated is shameful and discriminatory. Won’t shop there again unless it’s repealed. Disgusting.

Worst customer experience ever and I'm Least likely to shop with again. Attempted to order online 3 sets of men's long sleeve thermals. Item I wanted was showing as in stock so placed order. Day or two later received a refund with no explanation. Went back online and item no longer instock but instock in different colour. Ordered again. Recieved parcel in post and opened to find wrong product sent. Was sent the Warm thermals rather than the Extra Warm grade thermals I had tried twice to order. Sent 2 return requests via their email procedure ha...
Read mored waited 20 days between requests. A month and half after second request still not heard back from B&L. Attempted to call customer service on phone during their operating hours. Waited on line for 15mins before automated message said "sorry no one available to take calls please try again". Infamous now for being one of the first major retailers in Australia to instigate a plan of discrimination, division and segregation of Australians based on vaccination status. How dare you treat your customers like that! And your poor staff! With ''Besties'' like you who needs enemies? No thanks- I'll take my money elsewhere.

Not Australian, wouldn't purchase from this company again. Product of low Chinese quality. Low wages. I feel this company is non inclusive.

If you place an online order and need to contact customer service don't bother... they won't reply, even when you follow up. They clearly only care about the $$ and not the customers.
I found the store to be very 1940s. Terrible time and terrible place. Just like this store! Never shop here!

Ordered online said they had express shipping ??? ( order goes through no express) Got notification baby clothes were being processed same Day and I’d get in 8 days.. .get an email 6 days later to say they are behind and will be dispatched in further 5 days .
I emailed customer service straight away to cancel as this was not going to arrive in time as it was part of a gift to someone leaving work to have a baby .. get a reply they got email but no follow up .. rang them and stayed on then cut off.. rang and requested call back.. no call back ...
Still 3 weeks later and haven’t received a refund or anything by post apart from an empty post it bag ?

I buy all my children's school clothes and undergarments from your store. I have to admit I was very disappointed with the white school shirts I bought this year....maybe a bad batch? Due to lockdown I haven't been able to return them.
Furthermore I will never step foot in one of your stores again. You are a clothing store, you should've stuck to that, don't turn it to health advice nor playing politics. No jab no entry, low blow. I'm fully vaccinated and a healthcare professional, I will never support your business or any business who discriminates and creates division amongst Australians. Shame on you!

Sent wrong item, clothes are rubbish quality and run by bias discriminatory management
Online store sent wrong size, issue got fixed, however the size 5 and size 3 kids were identical. Further more, both size 2 and 3 overalls were identical cut too. Rubbish quality and low manufacturing control. Very happy to now send all items back for a full refund. Have to say I’d be sending them back even if I loved them now! My pro choice of who o spend my money with does not choose to shop with a bias discriminatory business. Even when fully vaxxed, I’m proud to boycott your company indefinitely.
Ordered online and payed express post, to find out they sent it 3 days after ordering and now has been over a week and still nothing, another long time customer you just lost

I placed an order over a month and a half ago when we were in lockdown and no stores were open. My order was basically everything for my baby in her next size up. I wish I knew how terrible the online ordering was. We’re now out of lockdown and my parcel hasn’t even been DISPATCHED. I could have just gone in store and saved so much time. Anyone with a baby will know how fast they grow, by the time I get these clothes they will basically be too small and useless. Oh have a mentioned I’ve tried contacting customer service twice and haven’t heard ...
Read morea thing. I can’t even get a response let alone an answer. Totally get that there are delays with shipping but best & less clearly haven’t got their online ordering side set up very well yet. I pretty much only use online shopping and even more so with the pandemic and I have never had an experience so bad as this. I can’t believe it’s been nearly TWO MONTHS and my parcel isn’t even in transport yet. It’s insane. Don’t even get me started on how awful the website design and functionality is, I had to do the order on my laptop instead of iPad because the mobile site is so buggy. The desktop site not much better. Also the mobile site says to install the app but the “app” is actually just putting a shortcut to the website on your Home Screen. This is laughably archaic. This website is just a dinosaur, online ordering is a hot mess. There’s way better, way more efficient online sites for kids clothes. I won’t ever be placing an order from best and less again. For a huge corporation, the framework put in place to handle switching to predominantly online ordering is absolutely terrible. Avoid this best @less as what you see online when you get to check out is different one item disappeared had to do a separate order l got sick of this so cancelled orders as each order attracts a shipping charge of $10 they say all sorts discounts they never appear so called free shipping on orders over a certain amount nothing charge charge all the way 11day shipping lve ordered from other places here in 3 days be careful other people say the sane big w far better
Slow in processing customer order.Took longer time compare to Kmart/Target or any other store. Not recommended for online shopping. Not gonna do online shopping here anymore. Still waiting for my parcel.
Trying to place an order in their online store feels like it was designed by someone who read about 'the interwebs' in a dusty old tome. I'm no web guru but Jesus Christ, I don't think a single data field worked/read correctly on the first try, and trying to finalise the order simply refreshed the page the first 4 times before actually working. Hire someone to bring your company out of the dark ages, because the chimp you currently have has apparently been on lunch break for the last decade

I finally got contacted by Best and Less last week they said the package was returned to them I gave them the address it’s now Friday Night and no delivery Sorry Ruki your birthday was nearly 4 weeks ago I’m just a bit angry Ruki will be happy when it finally arrives
