Pankaj and his team cleaned my 2 storey Victorian terrace very thoroughly at the end of my lease. I loved the way he responded so promptly to my request for a quote, and was so easy to deal with. He communicated with me regularly so that we could coordinate a time at short notice. He and his team were punctual. He even found a key I did not know I had lost in the street, so I was so grateful to him. I had never employed a cleaner before this instance, but on the strength of this positive experience I have now engaged Pankaj and his team to clean my new house regularly. Extremely Professional and always a thorough in the 3 years that they have been cleaning My house (Especially being Disabled) they have done a fantastic job, It's a great Family Business and Polite as well, need that extra bit done then always happy to help, Any last minute emergencies then they are the ones to have.

They were late and let me know they were eating lunch close by.
The price they quoted included exterior windows only to be told they couldn't do it and it was too large of an apartment. They would do minimum.
I was told to PAY CASH
I was then asked to hurry up when checking they had done their job.

When I complained I was offered a $80 voucher to use their company again.
As a business owner customer service is EVERYTHING!
THIS COMPANY FAILED MISERABLY.
