Not long lasting

published

Queen sized, double tiered. Lasted maybe 40 sleeps. Only used indoor, on carpet, but formed a small split on the periphery of one of the stabilising circles (coffee cup sized pattern on underside of mattress). This flaw is unable to be fixed by any type of patch as the split will only increase. Maybe 40 odd uses within 18mths is acceptable by Bestway standards - not sure. Purchased a Wanderer brand which seems much more durable.

Purchased in June 2021 at eBay for A$100.00.

Worked once

I purchased the best way alwayzaire and it is sooo bad I worked well the first night and then the second it's just started flashing and deflated as has never been able to inflate again. Worst mistake buying one of these so much money for 1 nights sleep I can get a 5 star hotel for a night the price of that mattress.

Purchased in March 2021 at Anaconda for A$260.00.

A quality bed, perfect for our needs

published

We picked up our bed at Anaconda in the Hunter Valley area & use it as both our camping bed & as another guest bed for visitors. We have no complaints with this item. Quite the opposite actually: we love it. My partner & I (combined weight of about 160kg) have never woken up to find that the bed has deflated. The bed is comfortable, easy to operate & store; & supportive enough that it doesn't make my troublesome hips & lower back flare up. If we are using it for more than a one night stay, we do give it a little "top up" with extra air before bedtime. Based on our experience, I would recommend this bed.

Purchased in March 2021 at Anaconda Physical store for A$90.00.

Waste of time

published

The first couple of nights were great. Thereafter, the mattress deflated, from where we do not know. I woke feeling like I'd sunk into a bowl of jelly. The mattress will deflate without any weight on it. I have received a refund from my seller, for a faulty product. I've now learned to check reviews first. This whole process was a waste of time & very disappointing.

Do Not Buy!!

published

I bought 2 and both of them only worked once like some many people are complaining here.
I have contacted Bestway because it come with 1 year warranty but I was told this product has NO "manufacturer's warranty" only seller's warranty.
I have emailed the seller 10 days ago but still no reply yet.
I would give Zero Star if I could.

Very disappointed!

published

I was so excited to get this to use when the grandkids (ages 2, 7 & 9) spend the night. The first time was great however, the second time it would not stay inflated at all with only one child sleeping on it. It certainly “deflated” my idea.

Purchased in December 2021 at Walmart .

My hopes for this product are ‘deflated’

published

I have used The Bestway Queen motorized inflatable bed 3 times. It worked once! The other two times it deflated within hours and resulted in a very uncomfortable night’s sleep. Don’twaste your money.

Perfect for Anyone, Anywhere, Anytime.

published

Whilst staying at friends interstate, we purchased this Bestway Comfort Inflatable bed for my 26yo son to sleep on. He said it was so comfortable and had a great night's sleep. Actually thinks it is more comfortable than he's own bed! Very sturdy, quite high off the floor, side paneling to stop you rolling off, excellent quality, 3 minutes to inflate and deflate, carry bag for storage. Just a terrific product that is useful for unexpected guests or keep in car for if you need to 'stay over'. Great value for money. Arrived quite quickly. Would highly recommend.

Over a month and LOVE my inflatable bed

published

Short and sweet: read bad reviews while needing a cheap bed to move house with a little over a week notice and not much funds, got this blow up bed on aftwrpay in four $27 fortnightly installments, came in four days, have inflated it up extra once since having it a month and a half, my bf slept on it with me it was perfect, I use this as my only bed, NO regrets, love it, I don’t doubt it hasn’t been so great for others but I would rather this bed to anything you could get on the market super happy

3 perforate mattresses

published

I bought 3 bestway inflatable mattresses and all they lasted less than 3 months... I use to use in the floor of my leaving room, which is smooth and often clean. For the last one, I bight also a carpet to keep it as much protect as possible; nonetheless, it is emptying out every 15 minutes...
More than 150 dollars wasted!!

Not durable

published

My mum purchased one of these and I found it very comfortable. I slept in her about 6 times and decided to buy my own. Mine started leaking quite badly after just a few uses. My brother slept most n mum's last night and woke up in the middle of the night with his legs way up in the air and his wife sinking to the floor. Very disappointed in these as they seemed so good at first.

Expensive and defective

published

We bought one of these as a temporary bed at a camp. The motor inflated it well and it all looked and felt like it was going to be great. Then we came back later and it was soft. We hadn't even slept on it yet. So we had a week of waking up in the middle of the night, touching the floor, squashed together in the middle of this mattress (and it was 40 degrees overnight). We had to then get up a few times each night to fire up a generator, re-inflate the bed, and try to get some sleep. Due to the sleep deprivation it put us through it's possibly the worst product we've ever purchased.

Cheap but not durable

published

We got this earlier this year for our overnight guests / relatives. Since it was relatively cheap, we got two inflatable beds. During the first couple of uses, the beds worked great and retained the air overnight. However, after about a month when we used them again, the beds started leaking. We had to take them to a shop to patch up the holes on the bed.

Excellent cost effective purchase. Easy to inflate and deflate. Comfortable too. As far as air beds go for such a good price I would definitely recommend it. Very happy with the purchase

Worst air bed ever

published

Bed started leaking the second time it was used, continued leaking randomly after fixing has been used for 2 months there's a hole in every seam that's I've had to patch, I mean the lines on the top. Secondly after using it temporarily as a bed one of the "seams" holding the bed flat broke and now there's a fat bump on one side. Horrible, spent the extra money for a real air bed. I'd post pictures if I could, absolutely ridiculous.

Why does a air mattress deflate if there is no holes? And the floor is cold

1 answer
Bestway
Official R.Bestway

Hi there,
Is this a new purchase? New air mattresses will appear deflating as they are stretching to size.
If it's not a new purchase, we think it may have a very small hole that is hard to detect.
