Can’t believe how bad the service is
8 weeks ago we ordered a bike for my daughters Birthday. Still no bike. So many unreturned emails and messages on the stupid answering machine and no one bothers to get back to us.
When we do eventually get someone, they say they will have to get someone to call us back and they never do.
Can not believe that a business operates like this.
We have been nice to them the whole time but it is getting beyond a joke.

Customer service is very poor.
Ordered online. Item arrived damaged. It was clearly damaged prior to shipping (cut with a carton cutter) then packaged as the package did not have any damage.
Contacted support, no reply after 1 week. Contacted their FB support, they replied after 4 days.
Support replied once after this. I replied to them within 1.5 hours, over a week a and no reply again.
Don't buy from Anaconda online, there is no support if something goes wrong.

Awesome service from Jason at logan mega centre store on25/4 we’re looking at Dometic CFX 50 fridge he thoroughly explained about fridge very very knowledgeable on these products we then purchased the fridge as he was the only person that throughly explained about item will be back for sure

Thieves
They are thieves. They only send half your order, the light cheap things that ship easily. They pretend it is free shipping, which it is, but they pretend they are out of stock on the slightly heavier items.
You make a large order, you receive your shirts and shorts, but anything that might cost them a couple of bucks more, they cancel and pretend there is no stock.
I do not recommend this store.

One of the worse experiences ever.
I ordered an expensive tent online. A week and a half later, I don't have the tent. TNT has refused to deliver it, the whole thing is just in limbo.

They will try to worm their way out of a bike warranty. Just a bunch of uneducated sales types without any technical knowledge. Retail staff very rarely add any value in general.

Terrible online store experience, twice!
I have made online purchases with Anaconda two times in the last 5 years. I clearly forgot the first time, however I have now been reminded through my latest experience. Both times my order was split in two and half of my order did not arrive. Correspondence with customer service was tardy, dismissive, and ineffectual - my issue was not resolved in either case. Very unimpressed, will never shop with this company again, despite positive experiences in-store.

Worst Customer Service Online
Worst customer service online ever i encountered. I was trying to explained, but immediately refuse to listen and said, "no sorry". Anaconda is a great store online but customer service very poor.

Horrific customer service at Marsden Park store avoid this store
This was a serious incident at the Marsden Park Anaconda Store in the morning at approximately 10.30am just after they opened.
I went there with my husband and children to make some purchases (bought some gumboots that were on sale). We were the only shoppers in the whole store (it was very quiet). When my husband went to the registers to pay, I exited with my children to wait for him outside the store. Advertise 20% Off Sale NO STOCK!
Is advertising 20% Off sale. Ordered $570 item online within first 5 mins of sale and was only notified 5 days later that order was cancelled. No explanation! Called customer service and was told because no stock. Checked their online store and eBay store and was still advertised 20% off with 5 in stock. Was given scripted line because stock levels take one day to update eventhough I had ordered 5 days ago. Checked 2 days later and was still advertised at 20% off with 5 in stock! Don't care about customers. Customer service non existent! Cancelling my membership now!

Very poor customer service. Ordered $1800 generator, was shipped $290 one. Order was rejected and delivered back Annaconda. Took a long time to receive refund. Will never deal with again.

Anaconda Worst Customer Services and Support Ever!
I've just experienced the worst customer support ever after recently placing an order to Anaconda via their website. This was my second online order with Anaconda in the past 4 years. When I placed my order I provided updated address information, but was never asked to confirm a delivery address. My new address was recorded as a 'billing address' and not a new 'delivery address on my order.

So I checked my delivery address in the account information on the Anaconda website and noticed they had an outdated delivery address still recorded as my 'default delivery address'. At no point during my recent online transaction was I ever asked to confirm my delivery address, so Anaconda used the default delivery address which was incorrect. This is a serious flaw on the Anaconda website that should be resolved immediately. So after noticing the error in the delivery address immediately I put in a mail redirection to my correct current address on the Australia Post website. I also wrote an email and told Anaconda about the error in my delivery address, but also informed them that I had placed a redirection on my order and confirmed my correct delivery address. At this point no further action was required by Anaconda. Despite this someone from Anaconda contacted Australia Post who launched an investigation. AusPost changed my redirection back to my previous address when Anaconda should have kept their sticky nose and fingers out of it in the first place because I had already resolved the issue with incorrect delivery address.Similar opinion? Service and misleading advertising
Went to anaconda in Rockingham on Sunday. Was prepared to spend nearly $1000 on products. Kayak package sold out. Guess we were late but understood. Wanted double swag but couldn’t match another store gentlemen very helpful. Then wanted to buy $500 fridge/freezer for car on sale. To find out display was damaged broken plug. Told was an issue with plugs on other models. We were still happy to buy. Then told had none in stock. So I said if they had none for sale should take off shelf. Misleading customers. Manager was aggressive and rude. Will never shop there again. Shall take my business elsewhere. Was also told closest other store was midland. Not accurate.

Poor customer service
Asked a young lady at counter for spare parts for a dune recliner chair she contacted manager for a response which was go to spotlight and get some elastic.
The young girl at the counter was more interested in her coloring in than helping us.

Lousy Customer Service
Found online pricing deceiving as listed a ‘club price’ but apparently this isn’t necessarily a ‘club price’ but more a sale price and they don’t advertise the dates of the sale on the item. When I contacted them about this there was no offer to assist or honour the price instead just told ‘too bad’!
Clearly keeping customers or being honourable in their dealings is not their priority. Very disappointed as they have lost a loyal customer here and would strongly advise others to be wary in their dealings with them.

Bad experience refilling LPG Gas at Anaconda Burleigh Store
Went to refuel a 9kg LPG Gas bottle, payed an overpriced $25 for which i was told to wait 30min . I happily waited and went to see if it was refilled to find the not so customer complient retail staff tell me your gas was ready and pointed to where it was.
Picked it up went home to find out it was the WRONG GAS bottle mine did not have the swap and go logo but with the correct receipt attached to the bottle, it was STILL EMPTY. they had my contact details on their system . I would of understood if they were busy but it did not seem like it on that day. Not happy to waste time and money Im going back tommorow to request to speak to a manager for some constructive feedback. Update: 2/19/20 - Went back to the store next day to talk to the retail manager about this situation. I provided the receipt attached to the empty bottle which indicated the time of purchase, staff who served me and account details. I was asked by the Manager "do you have the original receipt given to you when you made your purchase? . I repied " i threw out the original receipt given to me but i have the identical receipt here which was attached to the bottle", assuming their system had a copy of it anyways. The manager went to check the surveillance after happily waiting for the result i was given a full gas bottle. I was told by the Manager that I indeed gave them a swap n go gas logo bottle. Don't order an eCard online go to the store
My sister and I both purchased an eCard for a birthday gift (family member lives interstate and we thought it would be faster than snail mail). After 3 days nothing had been received (inbox or spam/junk) so I sent an email to Anaconda. Three more days the eCards still hadn't been received so I called. No explanation given. I asked for a refund and was told Anaconda don't give refunds on online orders. I was finally told it could be emailed to me. I received the eCard and emailed it on to the family member. I don't know why Anaconda couldn't email it as the email address provided was correct. My sister also had to call and follow up. Best to go to a store and buy a gift card rather than order one on line.

Deceiving and misleading customers .
Very disappointed customer, anaconda would not refund the postage even though I ask for an exchange of the item I bought as it was too big, they don’t have it in line or in shops, so I think they should refund the postage too, very deceiving and misleading, easy money for them, imagine if they doing it to all customers, will definitely not be buying there again, I’ll go to Kathmandu and MacPac .

You sound like working for them ! and fair enough. As I was a happy member of Anaconda (I really liked the shop), they have a complete history of all my receipts. I haven't found the need to share my docket publicly ( not many do ), but I still have the 2016 invoice. Anaconda first told me that they found both receipt (2015 and 2016), then told me to prove that I bought shoes from them in 2016 as suddenly didn't have my 2016 invoices to able them to process my claim (I have their email proving this). I found my 2016 receipt, and I did send it, now they asked me to bring both pair of shoes, requesting that they both have to be the same size (I also have their email proving this), while the invoices clearly show that I have a 9.5 and 9 sizes shoes.....I am just getting the run around...
