Ordered some boots online, apparently they listed them at the wrong price so they cancelled our order without honouring the sale, be careful with these guys as customer service appears to be lacking.

Ordered some boots. They were too big for me, sent them back as a return and it was a very smooth process - no questions asked, they accepted them back. Really built trust in their company for me. I will certainly be shopping with them in the future.

I have bought a few items through EA in store, and the experience has always been pleasant. I have also had to return some boots, and the staff were very quick to review and accept the return. I'm now a loyal customer and will be back!

I wanted to purchase a pair of Blundstone 585 from Everything Australian because the price was better than everywhere else and I had read great reviews online. I ordered my pair, expecting it to leave the warehouse within 5 business days as stated by the company. After 12 days and no email to confirm my order had been dispatched, I called the company to verify and to find out that my boots were out of stock and would only be restocked in 2 months. I can understand that, but I must admit that I was pretty frustrated that no one had called me to let me know the situation and that I had to call myself to find out. Now I have lost so much time getting these boots that I wanted for a trip. Just disappointing.

Having bought few items online, I decided to go to Everything Australian shop at Moorabbin. It made my day. Sam was wonderful . Very friendly service and good advice . Was initially a little worried about purchasing the akubra hat online and as I wasn't sure of the size, I went for larger.Turned out that because I selected size 62, it was going to take up to 3 mths to come from the factory.I didn't realise this and was nervously awaiting the parcel, (wanting to intercept it before my husband got wind of his birthday gift)...I emailed the store late on a Wednesday night and received a call and email the following day.A solution suggested and The Boss, Akubra, sz 61 was posted express and amazingly I received it by Friday.(Disaster overted).Husband's birthday was Saturday and he looks great in his new hat...Thanks heaps!

Bought a pair of Blundstone boots, for much cheaper then other stores. First lot were to big, had no trouble sending back and getting a smaller size. I'd recommend buying from this website! Delivery was reasonable and received them within a week.

Ordered an Akubra Territory hat on a Thursday and read in the ad that it was in stock and typically leaves the warehouse in 1 business day. Thought this would likely be untrue and I should not be expecting the delivery for quite some time. Did not pay for express post for this reason and left it as standard. The delivery is was to be sent to Brisbane Metro.

The order arrived the following Tuesday to my surprise and I couldn't be happier given the price was far less than what I have seen advertised elsewhere.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. I highly recommend this company for online retail. Well done on going the extra mile. Boots had a flaw which caused the sole to pull away from the leather. Returned goods arranged and paid for by the company with replacement pair sent in a good turnaround time.

Any out fit is good when there are no hiccups. Bought a product that had a manufacturing issue, company dealt with it courteously and promptly. Would happily recommend this seller and would buy from them again. I'd even recommend the product I bought which had the fault, they're nice boots just a case of bad luck I think.

I bought the Rossi 4015 boot last month. The product looks and feels great, but what I like the most about the experience with Everything Australian is the great service. Their products are cheaper than in most stores and shipping is very fast.
