Works for me

I was on prescribed melatonin tablets when my doctor mentioned that these were available over the counter and certainly cheaper. I tried them and they work just as well as the ones I got on prescription. I take 3per night about 2 hours before I go to bed, the same time that my body starts to release is own melatonin and I sleep the night through like a baby. It's certainly not a sleeping tablet but for those who have been shift workers and mucked up their sleep cycles, it's worth a shot because it works for me.

Not working

I bought this one even after reading negative reviews as I was desperate for some sleep and Blackmore Valerian Forte did not help. I took 5 tablets before bed and felt relaxed but did not sleep that well. Lately I found that taking both Valerian Forte and this one may help but I am not too sure and it is expensive to take both. Will try to get prescription for pure melatonin, not homeopathic.

Found it very effecitive

I found this has genuinely helped my mild insomnia. Most the time I found I have slept through using this. I only need one tablet which I have read is normal as higher doses don't mean it will work better. I also used to get mild migraines and these also have disappeared. Always speak to your doctor though as there are so many things can cause sleep problems. Overall it seems a good product. :-)
Helps quality of sleep. Sleep longer.

Misleading AWFUL product! Despicable

Absolutely no melatonin is present in this formulation. When i bought this i expected it actually had an ingredient in it but when i looked online i found that the concentration of melatonin in this product is 1 part per million. One would need to consume one million tablets to achieve a therapeutic dose. I have complained to the ACCC regarding this product.

The product is a lie.

Worth A Try

I think it is worth a try. I found this helpful as I have been finding alternative to the sleeping tablets that I have been taking. It might not suit everyone as it didn't work for the previous reviewer but my husband who has lots of trouble falling asleep also finds it helpful

Do not bother

I bought this without realising it was a homoeopathic preparation. I figured it wouldn't work, but decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and try it anyway. As expected, it did not help my sleep in any way shape or form, when used as advised. I laid awake for hours after taking it. Don't waste your money.

I found this quite helpful as I normally have to take sleeping tablets. It might suit some people not others. Its worth a try. If it doesn't work then don't purchase it again.

i agree its worthless- i wrote a review that was deleted because i stated it was diluted as per the pack 6x this means its diluted 1 part in 1 million ( google it) there is no melatonin in this product -

I think it has a strong placebo effect, it worked for me.
