This is the BEST over the counter sleep aid I have ever used !! I highly recommend it to all !!

Does not help me sleep. When will it work. I took an about six tablet on the first night but I still can not sleep. It's sweet and and. Not cheap too buy.

Tried this product. Didn't do anything for me. In my opinion just another sophisticated snake oil merchant. Didn't bother about trying to get money back just kicked myself for wasting money that could be spent on something my grandchildren needed.

After reading the reviews I thought I would give this product a try as lately I have been having sleeping problems. I found that this product did absolutely nothing, I might as well have sprayed water in my mouth. They have a money back guarantee on their products but when I read up on their website how to give their customers a money back guarantee option they don't give you much information so I rang them a couple times and all you get is a message machine and they never called me back. Poor service. Since their is no customer service I will not be buying any more of their products nor recommending them to any friends or family.

As I was desperate, I purchased 4 different insomnia products at the same time to work out which works. The most important way to cure insomnia is to regulate your sleep pattern correctly, but having Brauer Insomnia spray helps to get to sleep. Being a spray it is convenient to have beside the bed for a quick spray when necessary. The only improvement they could make is to change the shape of the spray nozzle to easily work out the direction in the night.

I could mostly get to sleep but would wake within a few hours & find it difficult to get back to sleep. This has helped tremendously. Take before & as i go to bed. Then if i wake. Would highly recommend

Due to having sleep apnoea I cannot use sleeping tablets; so I was recommended this product by a naturopath and it works like wonders. Sleep heaps better now. Just remember natural sleeping aids only aid to relax the mind so you can sleep, does not knock you out like prescribed sleeping drugs. This product does not get addictive like sleeping pills and does not affect the memory

I've never slept well & have wasted a lot of money on natural sleeping products that do absolutely nothing. Fortunately I discovered this Brauer spray several years ago. It works really well especially when I wake up during the night. It gets me back to sleep quickly. Also tried their tablets but find the spray works far better.
