We have now replaced all of our window dressings using blinds online and are thrilled with the result. The price is great considering the quality, great designs and service. When we had one blind with a broken fitting, it was dealt with very promptly and efficiently. Strongly recommended and we will use the company again.

The site is nicely laid out and it has all the information you need to know about how to measure and instal the blinds. Installation was so easy. The first one is the tricky one, after then I put the brackets in the recess without measuring and all 10 blinds fit in first time.

After looking through the very comprehensive range of styles & colours we decided to order a sample. The sample size was small and we decided to opt for a different colour. Blind was just what I wanted, at an affordable price...and was easy to install. Only ordered one until I new it was what I was after. Have ordered another one for another bedroom.
Did take a bit longer for delivery than what was estimated.

These blinds were so affordable but you would never know it by looking at them. They did take a couple of weeks to arrive, but I guess for them to be so affordable, production must be done in an efficient and affordable way, so I didn't mind waiting. I didn't install them myself - had a family member who is a carpenter do them. Seemed quite straightforward.

Very straight forward and clear process to order online. Samples sent ahead of time made choosing a lot easier. This is my 3rd purchase so I was familiar with the process and I am very happy with all my roman blinds. The Blinds Online website is really easy to navigate and you can get samples. Blinds arrived in perfect condition with all the required bits, so easy to install, husband happy! When your items arrive, you can go back onto the website, type in your order number and it brings up the exact 'how to' instructions relevant to the types of blind you ordered. This is second time I have bought blinds through them and would not hesitate to fully recommend them.

Tried to re order some blinds previously purchased over the phone all too hard for sales over phone no ring back no quote. If outside the box company no good . I’m a regular customer have spent thousands . Your phone sales need attention, but other than that issue, the online order is great
