I had a gutter incident in my daughters car [wont go into that] but i had knocked the alignment out the day before her driving test and the steering wheel was not sitting centre so put her off in reversing and cornering etc. I called early in the morning and they were happy to help out with an instant booking for wheel alignment and new tyre [as took big chunk out of the old]. They did not try to upsale me to anything more than i needed. The steering wheel is now in the correct position and new tyre fitted all whilst i waited and a competitive price. My daughter passed her test and is now happily driving. Thankyou so much guys. Would highly recommend.

I visited the store this morning for a wheel alignment. I had booked the car in a couple of days ago and everything at check in this morning proceeded smoothly.
The service was professional, efficient and friendly and the work was carried out in a timely manner.
My previous visit was when I had four tyres fitted, balanced and aligned. At that time I could not fault the service and the helpful and professional approach adopted by all staff.
I would happily recommend the Bob Jane Southport store to anyone seeking tyres or associated services.

Get other quotes. Bob Jane advertise how competitive they are. They were the most expensive by far. Today they quoted me $2400 for 4 tyres. I was quoted $1730 at a different tyre dealer, and ended up paying $1630 elsewhere. A massive difference for the same thing 50% more.

Thirty kms out of Mildura one of our tyres suffered a blow out. The only spare we had was a space saver. As we needed to return to Canberra we understood it could be difficult driving the distance without a replacement tyre. Although it was nearly closing time the Manager and staff at Bob Jane in Mildura were excellent. The Manager couldn’t be more helpful, professional and personable. Within the hour the team had us safely back on the road. Thank you most sincerely to the staff at Mildura!

Attended Carina with a punctured spare Tyre. I had purchased a new set of tyres from Bob Jane within the last two years. Scott looked into my records and advised i was covered under the Road Hazard Warranty. I received a free replacement. New one fitted, spare tyre taken off and placed back where it belongs and ready to go in under 30 minutes. As this was happening for me i observed a very busy customer service area and noticed the positive attitude, support and all round good humour and charm of the staff. I am so impressed with Bob Jane and their customer service that i will be returning again when needed. I have no hesitation to recommend Bob Jane Carina to my friends, family and acquaintances. I recently booked in to have my tyres rotated and aligned as part of my long life tyre plan. Waited an hour and a half, paid the $75.00 and got home only to discover that NOTHING had been done at all! When I called to complain and take it back to be done they did not even opologize, only asked how I could tell it hadn't been done! Just because I'm a women doesn't mean I don't know about my vehicle! Very disappointing. Won't be going here again and will tell everyone I know about this crap experience! NO STARS...

The team at Ballarat whipped my wheels off, assessed damage, put them back on and sent me off to a place that could fix them. Researched alternatives for me. They get nothing for it on the day, but they are smart enough to know that great service (even if it is free) will lead to further business down the track. I went to the Bob Jane at Mermaid Waters to replace a bolt on my tire. The man who served me who I presumed was the manager of the store was very helpful and friendly. He got the right bolt for my car and gave it to me free of charge. I am definetly gonna go back to get tires from here!!

Absolutely disgusting store. Sent my girlfriend to get 1 tyre repaired. Made her sit and wait in the waiting room for 2 hours, told her you cant repair it, then lied to her about the condition of her other tyres. First stated they have about 5000km on them, and then 10 mins later, told her all tyres are gone and they all need to be replaced as its extremely unsafe to drive. Trying to scare her by telling her its a life/death situation. Gave her a quote for $700 for 4 new tyres for a 2015 Suzuki Swift, and these werent even top of the range tyres. You could get 8-10 new tyres for that price.

The Mount Druitt store is a joke n store manager Chris west is a liar trying to rip me off for a wheel balance n alignment he priced me $170 but when he found out I was friends with the team of bob Jane in Bankstown he wanted to do it for $90

they caused me to have an accident. They do not hold the road in the wet. I have probably written off the car that I was driving while only keeping up with the traffic. They should be removed from sale and you should be liable for the damages

Quoted $99 each for four tyres today at the Morayfield store. Went ahed because i thought the price was good. Wife picked up car at about 12.30pm charged $451. Rung store they said when i spoke to them i also agreed to a wheel alignment. This never entered the discussion. The person i spoke to said yes i did and the tyre fitter was standing next to him and heard it. Now i might be a bit old but am about the same age as the person i spoke to but then i must be a bit senile as he never mentioned a wheel alignment nor was the tyre fitter standing next to him. This is upselling to the extreme without the customer being told. As there are numerous tyre places around i will not ever be going back to bob janes

Had my Isuzu done and was really impressed by the service. All the guys there know their job and I received helpful tips. Booked my wife’s car the next day.

Asked for expert opinion on mags to fit my Commodore Ute, upon inspection of the car, I was recommended a set to suit, when I purchased them, the mags would NOT fit my tyres, so, had to pay for 4 new tyres. Was told I could not be invoiced for the tyers, had to pay then and there, with the wheels off the car, it was like they had me over a barrel... and the cold manor of the salesman, was like, stiff... Having worked at Beaurepaires, I couldn’t believe I was sold a set of mags that would not fit the tyres, by a salesman who should of known that!

I am disappointed I had to leave one star rating!

Purchased 3 Kuhmo Tyres from Bob Jane in Armadale WA. After some time a bulge appeared on the side of one of the tyres. Took it back as still had 67% tread left on it. The person who looked at it said it was due to impact damage although there was no sign of damage to either the tread, the rim or the alignment. I told him I had not hit anything but he refused to look any further. I rang head office of Kuhmo Tyres and they said he should have removed the tyre from the rim and checked for internal damage. They told me to go to Tyrepower to get it checked. Do not buy anything from Bob Jane tyre stores.
