Straw dispenser unhygienic
I do enjoy an indulgent sweet treat every now and then and last week we thought we would buy a Boost Juice in the Midland Shopping Center.
I could not believe it when it came to getting a straw which is virtually a necessity when having a Boost Drink. Here we are in the midst of taking extreme precautions to protect ourselves and others from the Coronavirus, being a pandemic and I find they are still using an unhygienic straw dispenser.
Every time a person goes to get a straw, they are touching other straws that will end up in people's m...Read more
ouths. What a quick and easy way to pass on this deadly virus, let alone other illnesses. I asked the server if she had individually wrapped straws available and she said they didn't have any available. This is shocking, is not people's safety and lives worth a few cents more?Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
My review
I go to boost juice quite regularly for my daughter because she loves them! Rarely I have to say no, but they are very sugary and around $8 for 1 regular, way too expensive. Great service though, always smiling and friendly, they have sometimes gotten the orders wrong or handed it to the wrong person. I know a girl though who told me they got the order wrong but gave her two free ones, so that is exceptional! Just too sugary and expensive

Goodbye boost juice- never again
Very dishonest, unhelpful, disrespectful franchisee and staff. Get them out of Hawthorn. We want happy friendly operators here not angry ones. We have been supporting this business for so many years as local residents and they refused to honor a birthday reward when my vibe card did not work (apparently). I further presented my birthday boost email and my ID for redemption - but continued to refuse! Not pleasant! What was very interesting is that the card worked at Chadstone! I’ll be making sure all locals hear about this one. Absolutely disgraceful!

terrible smoothie
I ordered a mango tango crush the other day from the boost store in Broadway shopping centre. When I got my smoothie it was more like a watery juice! It wasn't even the consistency of a smoothie. A similar thing happened a few days later when I ordered a strawberry squeeze from Central station. The inconsistencies between stores is terrible.

Watered down rubish
Dont know if they have changed the recipes in the last few months. Have been to at least 10 different boosts in the last few months and they all taste watered down with no flavor

This is appalling
My friend and I, walked 1.5 km for a boost juice in 28 degrees and we arrived at 3:20, as boost shuts at 3:30, we waited at the counter for 5 - 10 minutes, while two ladies where walking around doing nothing after they had served the for other ladies waiting, and one lady came up us after ignoring us saying it was shut, and her clock said 3:30 but 4 girls phones saying 3:35? And she just walked away, her name tag said “Paris” this was at Victoria point shops, I am disgraced and I never got my drink!!
I am never going back

Hopeless
Ordered a large pineapple and ginger juice. It came with no ginger and the pineapple tasted rancid. They made me another one and again came with no ginger. I’m sorry but to pay $8.10 I would expect what I ordered

Refreshing but costly
Loved the Christmas season drink choices but wondering why this company still provides plastic, single-use straws & lids. For health-conscious company it seems not in tune with longterm effects of its waste on environment.

Avoid Blacktown Boost Juice! Waste of money
Twice I have been dissatisfied with the smoothie!
A smoothie that is not smooth but rocky, with all the seed particles in every sip.
I wonder what type of training the staff are given.

Money hungry company full of sugar
Hate boost. Hate the founder, just a money hungry enterprise. Dont respond to complaints. Drinks are always inconsistent, most staff are try hard pretentious and rude !! You pay Almost $9 for a drink and throw it in the bin because it tastes like crap like sugar syrup it was wrong all wrong ! I didnt say anything because the little girls that work in the store will just stick their noses up at you and huff and after waiting 20 minutes I didnt have another 20 to wait !! Imagine waiting at least 20 mins for a coffee on your way to work you would ...Read more

Tasteless
Watery with no flavour. Very disappointing. The King William Chocolate smoothie, is marketed as a rich, full bodied banana/chocolate smoothie. Instead, like other reviews have pointed out, the smoothie is icy and tasteless. Do not recommend.

Blaah had to throw it out
I bought an Immunity Blend today from Colonnades, it was undrinkable. When they blitzed it they left a large amount of pith and maybe skin on the orange.
It was very bitter and there was visible chunks of pith in the cup.
The store would not answer the phone for me to advise them.

Packaging so tiny it's almost non existent
I paid $6.50 for the tiniest container of fruit (less than an inch high) and about a tablespoon of yoghurt. It's such poor value. And I paid extra for the yoghurt. Felt very ripped off.

Banana smoothie tasteless
Burleigh heads Qld store I noticed used green bananas in my smoothie, tasted terrible and was dry like eating the unripe fruit. I was in a hurry at the time so did not want to wait in-line to make a complaint. Chucked it in the bin. Told and tell everyone and anyone thinking of purchasing from a Boost store of my bad experience and advise them to go elsewhere. I also have not got any product from a boost store since, and this was 5 ish years ago. Listen to the bad reviews everyone !!!

Where is the fruit?
Tried Boost Juice at Matthews Netball Centre in Perth Western Australia two weeks in a row, it was dismal both times to a point where its almost deceptive and certainly misleading.
Both times it was pretty much a cup full of shaved ice with what appears to mainly be apple juice. Looking inside where its made on both occasions, where is the fruit? I dont see any fruit?
Shame on you Boost Juice for sucking kids into thinking they are getting a healthy drink alternative and dont get me started on the price. Corporate monsters need to be held accountable to ensure that the food/drink they serve is simply what its meant to be, fresh juice, its not a big ask really.
I cant rubbish this company and its product enough.
