Bosch 32 Definitely Rubbish
Two Bosch 32 heaters installed in a block of units, each heater serving 9 units. The heat exchanger has failed (leaking) on one unit just outside the 5 year warranty period. Bosch will have nothing to do with the matter except to say that the warranty has expired and they will not provide a replacement heat exchanger or offer any concessional price. ts products. After this experience, I would not deal again with Bosch, and would not trust the durability of any of their products and would not trust Bosch to stand behind them in the event of premature failure. The only positive note is that the heaters coped with the demand and provided a relatively stable temperature, but hey, that's what they are supposed to do because they are commercial heaters.Purchased in August 2021.

These are rubbish
We had 2 of these units installed in the unit complex (8) and within 2 years the heat exchangers failled twice on both units. After being charged over $500.00 each time by AGL servicemen for labour (not covered under the warranty) and receiving pathetic service we have decided to bite the bullet and replace them with different units.

Don't waste your time buying a bosch 32 Q . I have had problems with it since it was installed no one at bosch can tell you what a code 63 or code 92 is and no one at bosch cares to help. They sent out a service repair man who didn't even look at the hot water unit and said I had purchased the wrong product. All I wanted was a continuous hot water service which is what this 32 Q is supposed to do. time it doesn't know what its doing the control panel says the pump is working but its not the flame is on indicating that the water is being heated but the water is cold. The sales staff won't let you talk to the technicians the service people in my area aren't helpful . Total waste of time wish I had never found them on the net.

32q hot water system
I have had enough of these hot water systems . I am just in the process of replacing my second 32q in about four years. both units have failed with the same problem of getting boiling hot before shutting down. I'm just glad that the grand ids haven't been burned.
As i have extremely long hot water runs, the pump system saved me from wasting water.
Constant failure of unit and no technical bacup.my company was a service agent for Bosch, until now.

I have had a really bad run with the Bosch 32 Q and would not recommend the unit to anyone personally.
Do not ever buy this unit. Period. Fragile, poor performance and possibly the worst customer service from Bosch.
