My athlet won't switch to turbo. Any help?

Hello. We had this issue, however it was only momentary. One day it didn't work and then all of a sudden it started working. Without being too forceful, try and push the switch (carefully) to slightly different positions - e.g. Slightly before the turbo setting, or slightly after. If that works, then you may have to adapt to using it that way... Or, if it's in warranty, perhaps consider returning it for repair?

I brought mine from argos at the end of july 2016 the charger only charges up to 2 bars instead of 3 also wanted to clean my car attached the nozzel and had no suction at all advice please?

The battery power light no longer shows when the charger is plugged in and it has not charged. If I turn it on the light comes on but it is showing very low battery and the vacuum does work. I tried a few other similar chargers but did not work. It is less than a year old and purchased from Harvey Norman, who in past experience have found very difficult with warranty issues?

Quite the opposite in my experience. Harvey Norman have been magnificent in their response to replacemen's.

I have had issues with Harvey Norman after market service, (out of warranty) but not warranty before. If it is still in warranty, they have been good for me.
Similar thing happened with mine, only no charge at all. Rang Bosch sent me a new charger, still not working, rang them again, told me to take it back to Harvey Norman and they would contact them. At Harvey Norman's they offered to replace the sweeper head ?? Or they would swap it with a new one, let me think, I'll take the new one thanks. Whole process took about an hour in store. Good luck.

Hi I have owned this Vacuum Cleaner for only 3 months. Unfortunately the Battery is not charging to it's full capacity, ie., showing fully charged but when the Vacuum is switched on it drops to One bar power and only lasts for 5 mins.

Sorry, I have no idea why. I have had no trouble with mine. Perhaps ring bisch, tgey have a service department with very dedicated staff.
