I have had this machine for about 2 months and the Speed Perfect setting now comes on as a default and has to be manually deselected. It is the same on all of the programs that have a speed perfect option. It definitely was not like this originally so what could the cause of this be?

Do you connect to hot or cold water?
Hi, Its connected to both hold and cold. I mainly use the short cycle 35 minutes with the water set to 40 degrees.

I have just bought this machine and paid $799. I was told this was below cost price. Yet this is the price stated in this review. Has this machine always had a retail price of $799?
Pretty sure it is, yep. We got the machine for ~$750 from a major retailer.
Either:
a) The people you bought it from have a high cost price, or
b) You were misinformed by the people you bought it from.
One thing to be aware of is that this particular model is available (new) from one outlet only - Harvey Norman.
