The only troubleshooting for that error is to make sure the detergent draw is completely inserted. If this is definitely done then a service call would be needed.

If you're talking about the capacity of our appliances then it all depends on the amount of washing you do, we can't really recommend on that alone. These are also the ones with the least amount of different functions.

If it happens during the draining/spin cycle then it's probably a blockage somewhere. If you check the drain pump and drain hose connection and there's nothing there then it might be further in and can only be resolved by a service technician. There is no coating as far as we are advised. As long as you use chlorine-free cleaning agents and don't use steel wool there should be no side effects. If there are odors in the washing machine, or to clean the drum you can run the Drum Clean 90C program without laundry and only adding washing powder.

If the child lock is still active then the appliance won't complete or start a new cycle. Turn the program selector back to the original program, turn the child lock off and try and continue the program. If this doesn't work then a service call may be needed.

Thanks for the question regarding your Bosch WAW32640AU.
The reason you haven't gotten a specific answer is because there isn't one. It's not a specific amount. Special sensors detect the load weight and fabric type and even the degree of soiling in the automatic programs so that your laundry is washed with the optimal amount of detergent. The 1,2 and 3 bars is an indication to the sensors that the laundry is either lightly, normal or heavily soiled so they a bit more or a bit less than what the sensors indicate.

Aqua stop is an electrical controlled water valve that shuts the water inlet down, this is part of the flood safety system that operates when a leak is detected within the appliance.
