Very happy with this purchase, cooks evenly & temp seems spot on. Rapid heat up is a great feature & the range of features is fine. Would recommend to others & happily buy another Bosch oven
Purchased in November 2020 for $1,850.
Best oven I’ve had by a mile. Perfect crackling every time, no mistake. Pyrolytic works a dream. Could not recommend more. Had Westinghouse, looked at Miele, Bosch is great value at great price.
Purchased in August 2020 at Harvey Norman for $1,800.
A few weeks ago, my very old, trustworthy gas oven came to end and I decided to replace it with a fancy new electric Bosch oven. I read the reviews and decided to get what I thought was a premium product. It worked beautifully a few times and then...fast forward two weeks: I was getting something out of the oven, the door was open and a butter knife that was on my bench fell on the glass door and SHATTERED it! Just like that. Not a hammer. A butter knife!

Read morenot tempered-glass which means I had big sharp shards of glass all over the place. I'm a single mum with a small kid and a very inquisitive dog so I had to get everyone out of the kitchen ASAP to pick up the dangerous pieces of glass. I called Bosch the next day and apparently this is "normal", it is "fragile" so I need to be careful in the future. This never happened with my old oven which was probably over 20 years old (it came with the house). The replacement glass cost $163, I'm supposed to be able to replace it myself, but I am really worried about cutting myself while dismantling the door and removing the remaining broken glass. My Bosch dishwasher is over 7 years old and is amazing so I trusted this brand but no more. I'm now worried that even after I replace the glass I have to watch for anything that might accidentally fall from the bench onto the open door. Do your research. Make sure the oven you buy is sturdy and uses tempered glass. Safety first! *** Update: I was contacted by Bosch to "help me with the issue" and their help consisted in giving me the number to their Customer Service so I could book a technician to come and replace the glass. Here is how much that would cost me, on top of the $160 I already paid for the glass: $110 call out fee + $9.90/6 minutes... What a joke. Thank you for nothing Bosch, I can't believe your expensive oven is so dangerous and you can't even acknowledge it. Stay away from Bosch!!!

5 stars in every aspects including cosmetics, functionality, performance. Heats rapidly, appears to stay clean more so than normal ovens, easy to wipe off & back to new condition. dial function is very handy, modern & different too, than boring dials with numbers. Love it.
