Hi I had return items (order no 293816, $87.60 )send back by Australia Post on 15/01/2020, postage cost A$21.45 tracking no r644113030311250. I still waiting the credit amount go back to my credit card a/c.would you please help.once i received my credit i would put in a new order

My order was put in on 30th January with a statement that shipping would be 5 to 7 days. I was ok with that. The 7 days is now up and on visiting the website and checking my order, I find that the order hasn't even been prepared for shipping yet. My order number is 307378. What is going on here. People try to get a savings by shopping and are being misled.

As promised, I received an email on 5th February to say my order had been dispatched. My order was received on 7th February. Now this is super fast shipping. The quality of the products ordered were excellent and well packaged. The only slow thing was the time between ordering and shipping which, in my case, was 7 days as part of the time was over a weekend. Other than than that, I am quite pleased with my purchase.

I have returned one pair of shoes and shipping with tracking showed that arrived at brand house direct in November last month but I am still waiting for the progress of the refund. How come they took so long to process? Have proof of chat and they promised to process right after the chat but still, nothing happens? tracking number is R226018027136512 and it was one pair of Adidas with hot pink stripes. The order number is 285706. I hope to hear good news from the brand house direct and process my refund please.

Considering you would have got back to me by now if it was to take my money, I’ll translate the last email, send tomorrow or refund money. I will be contacting paypal tomorrow. 7 Days ago they were paid for and according to your site they should be here and they are not even sent. Seems to me like you are purposely delaying my order because I wouldn’t review your site when previously asked (in the wrong name).

Hi, I placed my order last 15th of June and we are already in the month of July yet I never heard of them nor receive my order.

I’ve never had non delivery, just terrible refund process.
We eventually got refund via PayPal but only after we challenged the response because Brandhouse direct claimed we didn’t return shoes (fortunately we paid for proof of delivery and provided that to PayPal who then reversed decision and refunded).
Can only suggest trying to ring them.
They used to be really good couple years back but now they don’t seem to care from my experience.

Exact same experience for me - I returned something because the size was really weird and they acted confused and took a lot of following up over the phone to send a new product. The product was garbage so I sent it back for a refund. Exactly as you describe ... no response, then after a lot of follow up they asked for proof of delivery, which I provided and still did not refund. Also had to go through paypal and appeal the payapal decision twice to eventually get a refund. Their "Hassle Free" Statement IS FALSE - I would never buy from this company.

I returned a pair of boots asking for a credit as they were the wrong colour and size. I received an email suggesting other styles but they were either no5 suitable or non available in m6 size. I eventually found some that suited while searching the site myself and ordered those thinking I would be able to pay less with my credit. No. Full price and they still have my original $70+. Not happy.

Why is my order taking so long to arrive? I ordered these shoes a week ago, I am aware that Im in New Zealand but if I can receive goods from UK in 4 days then I dont see why it takes so long, As far as the shipping advice as far as I can ascertain they have not even left Australia yet??? most disappointed and after reading your reviews, Not impressed !!!

I have ordered 3x from Brandhouse Direct.I’ve found the turnaround timeframe to be 4 - 5 working days.The last purchase however ordered on the 11 December 2018 took 8 working days due to Christmas traffic . I’m unsure if this information is helpful as I don’t know when you placed your order.BHDirect however kept me informed with progress at each inquiry made.

they are but buy from skechers like i did and they even have after pay, my skechers arrived from the store in 2 days .... brand house direct took over a week
please dont use brandhouse direct they are dreadful
