It seems that most people have the same problem. This is no doubt about the product quality and we only use it for about 2 months each year.
Service man told us that the control board is not working. Cost $980 to replace plus $240 service cost. On the date of installation, the unit still didn’t run as the motor has died. Costing another truck loads of $$$ for the motor

purchased in march 2010 it has been working every summer without fail for 9 years I will be renewing it with another.
My father had one on his roof for 14 years and never missed a beet. just remember to get it cleaned every winter ready for the heat and you wont have a problem.
