We got this out of the box and it won’t pump water. No motor noise at all, all we hear is a “click” then it stops. We returned it, got another, same thing. But this one works for the steam wand only as normal. But no motor running for the coffee. Any ideas? I can’t get through to nespresso for help...thank you.

Silly question: did you follow the set up instructions including water hardner test? If you have and still the same sounds like you have another dud. it could be a bad batch delivered to the same retailer. Are you able to go to another retailer location i.e. same retailer different suburb?
We did, does the hard water setting somehow control the motor? The wand works as normal.
