Warranty Claim
Michelle has handled our problem exceptionally well. From first reporting the fault to installation of the new inverter, Michelle ensured the path was easy. No shying away from the warranty claim. Just did everything she could to ensure a rapid outcome. In my eyes, went above and beyond to ensure a positive outcome for all. We installed a 13kw system 2 years ago and would recommend B.Solar unreservedly.

Never use BSolar, they may have changed there name to some thing else by now. Make sure you are not using BSolar people again.

Super smooth process, Andrew explained everything clearly and the install was done with no dramas at all. Very happy.
Right from the beginning everything was explained clearly and any questions were answered. Was a big of delay due to supply chain issues but was upgraded with a better inverter free of charge. The install was done over 2 half days due to a cancellation. Overall very happy with the expirence

SCAMMERS!
MIDDLE MANAGMENT ARE SCAMMERS.
My initial dealings with both the quoting team, and pre installation team where a positive experience (price reasonable - but not the cheapest) hence, contract signed. Once installation time arrived, it couldn't of been any more disappointing. Installation team pulled the pin after the first day onsite stating the job was too difficult for them to do and they required a scissor lift. After weeks of ignoring my calls and emails, Bsolar finally got back to me saying they could not find another "subcontractor" (not e

Worst possible customer treatment
B.Solar relentlessly pursued our business, but after signing the contract and charging money for initial site inspection, the company stopped answering to emails and phone calls. Of course now we would reject any deal with them.
SPAM
Keep sending time wasting texts that I can’t block and can’t reply to to "opt out".
Have never had anything to do with them and don’t even know who they are.

Relentless spammers
I've never used them and never will based purely on their non stop spamming.
I have been receiving messages from this company even after I asked them to stop. I have never looked into solar panels and I'm not even in the same state as this company so don't know why I'm receiving so many messages from this company.

This company HARASSES people until their mental health is damaged.
I have been constantly harassed by this company through phone calls and text messages. I have repeatedly asked the company to stop calling and texting me however the communication is relentless. If you provide money to this company you are funding this horrendously ruthless organisation.

Horrible SPAM texts
This company has to be one of the most annoying out there. They continue to send spam texts from different numbers and refuse to stop. I have no interest in buying solar panels, I haven't given any solar companies my number and I would never buy from a company that uses these tactics. It's disgusting that they think it is okay to continue to send unsolicited texts.

Why do you feel it is necessary to send unsolicited texts to numbers? I have never had one single interaction with this company.
Because they are such a crap company they are using a third party to harvest contacts. Report them like I just did for spam text message and emails. Short of going down there and bashing every maggot on premises it's probably the best option legally.
I've reported them. A rubbish way of conducting business.
I see a comment where customers power company doesn't allow them to send excess power to the grid. I am in the process of purchasing a house so would need to know if they accept excess power before proceeding. I don't even know the name of the power company yet.
