Great service
Great service and communication.
The installation team is professional and explained the system clearly.
Not that great of a service
Didn’t have such a great experience with GT Solar.
Started smooth through the sales team then turned bad. Was promised installation within 3-4 weeks, waiting 9 weeks and had to follow up and chase the install team.
There were times when the company phone line was disconnected and could not reach them, nor the email.
After 9 weeks finally install team got in touch, delayed again and had to follow up myself which was annoying.
Once installed, I noticed my internet went down, spent 3 days trying to work out what the issue is with the internet
... Read more company without any success. Had a NBN technician come out to replace the NBN box and wires and found the NBN cable was accidentally cut which caused the issue with the internet. My internet cables were right next to the solar system which was installed.
Terrible Installation Service
Sales process was fine.
I was sold the system on the basis it was installed before xmas. It was not.
Installation process is a disaster....and still ongoing.
If you call them it takes days to return your call. No way to escalate or speak to anyone other than leaving a message.
I had text messages from them asking to move the installation post xmas. I responded and these then went unanswered.
I had to call and chase several times the days before installation to see if they were coming. They were not...and apparently they thought they had let
Disgusting service.
Used these guys to install a 6.6kw solar system to my property. Very straight forward job. They told me it was all sorted and up and running. I paid the bill. That was over 4.5 months ago and I still don’t have solar. Use a different company. There are Plenty out there. These guys so far wont return to sort out a job that’s paid and completed and never worked. I’ve made many calls and sent many emails. No progress. Very disappointed to say the least.

Excellent service and products
Obtained services from Brisbane team, referred by a friend. The entire process is very smooth and highly efficient. Everything has been arranged promptly, all questions got answered, and price is decent.

Really Excellent
Based on Product Review ratings, I contacted GT Solar to give me a quote for solar panel installation on my double storey house in Melbourne. I also contacted two other installers. Bill came back to me promptly and with a very reasonable and realistic quote. He answered all my technical questions ( of which I had more than a few) and based on his speedy response to queries and good pricing, I decided to proceed with GT Solar. The installation process was smooth and the technicians professional and easy to deal with. The panels are fully operational now and I could not be happier with the service; I haven’t had to worry about anything. Highly recommended.

SOLAR PLUS BATTERY IN BALDIVIS WA
I found the whole process of getting a Solar system and Battery back up very simple and informative thanks to the team at GT Solar. The costs and installation processes were fully explained by the GT representative.
The installation team were on time as promised, and they were efficient and courteous, and cleaned up after completion. The system has performed to expectation, and I am happy to recommend GT Solar to anyone who is thinking of upgrading their electricity system.
